I’m visiting Miami from New York and this Pura Vida location has become my go to for breakfast/lunch after one visit. The food here is ABSOLUTELY amazing! We got here around 11:45am. I was worried about parking in the area but we were able to get one right across the street. Paid about $3 and some change for an hour. The line was pretty long but they move really quickly and we were able to order and be seated within less than 10 minutes of walking in. We ordered the Summer Refresher, coffee, the Rasberry Pistachio Tart, orange poppy mini cake, toasted chicken in a spinach wrap, and a pesto chicken sandwhich. We ordered to dine in. One of the employees (Steph) was kind enough to wipe down our chairs for us before we sat down. Exceptional service! The food came out quickly - again took less than 10 minutes. I really have zero complaints about any of the good items we ordered - everything tasted absolutely delicious! The sauce that came with the toasted chicken wrap (Pura Vida sauce) goes well with it! Definitely recommend trying it out. It’s a great place to sit, eat and chat with a friend or a partner. It’s not loud at all and the music is not overpowering. Loved the atmosphere. Make sure to pay attention to the parking meters if you do decide to dine in and you park outside because I wasn’t paying attention and missed the deadline to renew my parking.
Overall, I give this Pura Vida location a 10/10. Great service, great food, and great atmosphere. Thank you Steph for the great service!
Edit: It started POURING before we could leave and we were offered an umbrella upon walking out. The service is just...
Read moreSuch a great set of contrasts. Been going for years and love the food and the environment. But they do things that are so customer unfriendly, and its really annoying. First of all, it's absolutely bitter cold in there. On a recent visit, everyone was complaining, but they refused to do anything about it, even though they told us they were doing something about it. I know my feet were freezing and now I feel like I'm getting sick. So the pure life isn't so pure when you get people sick and you're inattentive to the fact that they're not enjoying the experience. If you, who run this place, don't care about your clients, eventually, there will be competition and you will lose the business. In addition, I find it pretty nit-picky that they are charged you $2 for using a different protein mix when you're allergic to whey. It just rubs the customer wrong. Overall, I find myself going less and less frequently to their are various locations, and I'd rather it not be that way. I feel like these are self-inflicted wounds, and if they actually cared, they would do something about them.
This is where it gets good: businesses, like people, should be adapted. Those are the ones who survive and thrive. This review started out with two stars. I'm now upgrading it to five stars bc I got the response below, sent them an email, they responded very kindly, wanted to resolve the issue and handled the situation in a very businesslike, professional manner that reflects a business that cares about its clients. And I went back and lo and behold, the temperature was a lot better. Bravo! Keep up the great work!...

They make bomb sauce and their everything bagel egg avocado sandwich was so flavorful and super filling. (2) Although they do get super busy their service is on point. They do a great job training their staff and everyone is always attentive to make sure they’ve done their best to make you happy. Even sitting outside you get great attentive staff. Which is rare in most places with inside and outside sitting. (3) today there was a miscommunication with my order but a gentleman (im guessing the manager) came outside to understand the situation and helped me out with awesome attitude. (4) The decorations and vibe are beautiful and unique - definitely an experience. Lastly (5) they know how to make coffee. Their machiatto delicious & their flat white is too. Kudos to the barista. I am super picky with my coffee and I appreciate and value well made coffee.
Of course the prices are not the most affordable but I think they are reasonable for their quality. Plus you are at the design district at the end of the day. Honestly think it’s one of the best options thereI will totally comeback and rant about it to my friends and family. All in all I totally...
