EZPAWN — Local services in Midvale

So ive been a customer here for 8 years and its always been hit and miss on stuff and ive pawned items here as well and had issues with them selling my stuff before its even do so watch out when u go here but thats not the reason im posting today.

My son and i walk in because he wants a Ps4 so we go to the counter and the lady totally ignores us for roughly ten minutes then finally says how can i help u so i say my son would like to look at the star wars wrapped ps4 so she gets it down hooks it up and says see if you can get the controller to link up so my son trys but to luck then i start looking at the controller and the knobs are worn down to thw plastic with no rubber on them at all the left top finger button is gone the right lower finger button is close to fallin off and so i ask is there another controller this one doesnt work she says let me look comes back with a red one that somebody left cigarette burns all over and its not working and buttons are melted also so i ask can i just buy the machine could you take the price down a bit for no controller she nope no bargaining so they let 250 bucks walk right out the door so my son is bummed i take him to cash america just down the street and we got 2 controllers the machine and a game out the door for 290 thanks cash america way to take care of your customers if you wanna buy junk and not get what you would pay for stop into ez pawn where they rip you off on pawning your stuff and will not budge on the junk they sale or go down the street to cash america and be treated like a valued...

Went in to look at their rifles yesterday while I was out for a ride on my OneWheel., this place is one of the closest stores to my apartment building so I figured I'd check it out. The employees greeted me when I went in the door, it was Three people at the counter at the time. I went to the gun counter in the back and nobody was there. I could only read the tags on about half the rifles so I was waiting for someone to come. A fourth person came out the back and went right to the front. I walked out shortly after realizing they were all standing upfront and I was the only person in the store. To be honest, as long as I stood around their gun counter unsupervised....frankly it's just irresponsible for any gun dealer to leave guns unattended as long as they did. Really good prices on guns to be fair. Probably could have found something to buy. To be fair the people working at the time, looked more like someone who you would see at a protest rather than someone behind a gun counter. So it's very possible they just didn't feel comfortable with guns at all and THAT'S why I didn't get any attention. Greeting when I entered the store- 5 stars Attentiveness especially around age restricted and Federally restricted...

There are a select few i will go to in this store for help when I need to pawn my items and when I need to spend my money. One of them being Maria. She's always so friendly doesn't make me feel judged answers all my questions and does her best to help me the best that she can she makes me feel welcome every time shes always got a smile on her face and If shes super busy she makes it a point to come tell me she will be with me shortly. She is very professional and though I hate pawning my things just to make it sometimes she makes me feel not so alone or bad that I have to do so. When i come in looking for specific items she always has good knowledge about the items if her store doesn't have what im looking for she makes it a point to call others stores to see if they have what I need. And she always goes above and beyond for her customers new and old thank you Maria for all your help i will continue to be your customer in...
