I placed a food order through their website, and the food was never delivered. Although the order was placed directly on Roti's website, delivery is through Door Dash. The Door Dash driver told me that when he got to the restaurant they told him they did not have the order and were rude to him. They did not offer to re-make the food or reimburse me, they told the door dash driver that I would need to contact Door Dash to cancel. I cancelled through Door Dash, but Door Dash told me I had to contact the restaurant for a refund. I called and spoke to someone at Roti, she was very rude and seemed bothered that I called. I loved the crunch from the cucumbers & the saffron rice is yum. Definitely recommend Roti! I had the gentleman behind the counter pick the sauce for me, & I think he picked the dill yogurt. A very refreshing &...

I am a student at the University of Minnesota (very close to Roti) and ate here every other week last semester. I will not continue to do so due to this intrusive policy. If you don't enjoy being asked to share your medical information while you're trying to order food, I recommend finding another establishment to eat at. Luckily there are many in the...
