Staybridge Suites Miramar Beach - Sandestin Area by IHG — Hotel in Miramar Beach

Wonderful staff from GM Carlos Reyes on down thru the full staff. Everyone is cordial, friendly and so welcoming, and it’s like you’re in your home away from home. This Miramar Beach Staybridge is my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed in in 45 years!

You can walk seven minutes to the beach or one minute behind the hotel to the bay! The location is incredible with great Thai restaurants, annd even Indian and Italian nearby! Shopping is fantastic at San Destin or the outlets just a few lights away.

The outdoor fire pit with relaxing couches by the pool, the nightly flatbread grill that opens out onto the patio and Monique serving up a delicious breakfast each morning…..you feel cared for and appreciated as if a guest in their home!

The outdoor pool area and fire pit are equipped with pool towels and a huge big screen TV for you football fans!

The beds are super comfy, (an huge plus to me) and the kitchens are equipped with everything you need……even a stove top and a full-size fridge!

The bathrooms are bright and lovely and everything is super clean!

They have many washers and dryers downstairs near lobby/pool and it’s free to their guests. You don’t have to worry about driving to the bank to get quarters.

The downstairs roomy lobby/living room area is airy and cheerful so on those chilly days that you don’t want to sit by the pool, you can relax inside!

I highly recommend this particular location if you are a business professional….. you will love this place. You can have fun and also have many nice quiet places to set up your computer in the lobby and a nice desk area in your room!

Stacy Gabbard and Tia are so friendly and accommodating at the front desk! Just lovely!

One more plus…..I’m a coffee person and the staff always has fresh half-and-half as well as all of the flavored creamers and everything you need for your perfect...

Great place to stay — very clean and an excellent breakfast. Closer to the Miramer Beach. However, the check-in experience was little frustrating. I had booked a one-bedroom suite with two queen beds, but after a long wait, I was first given a king room instead. When I went back to get it corrected, the next room they assigned was open, still being cleaned, and turned out to be a regular queen suite, not a one-bedroom. I had to return to the front desk again to explain the issue. Only after that did they finally provide the correct room I originally booked. They apologized but after a long travel from Dallas and having a back and forth conversation to the room that I booked and paid for was not a great customer experience. Overall, while the property itself is nice, the customer service definitely needs some...

I strongly suggest you avoid booking at this location until they get their staff properly trained and their facilities completed. This property has been opened for two months, prior to our arrival; however pool closed, no hospitality due to no license and no housekeeping, due to limited staff. GO elsewhere until at least after the New Year….possibly then management will be better?Many other hotel options within several...
