My husband, daughter, toddler son & I visited this afternoon on a quick trip to Missoula for an appointment.
The cashier was super friendly and the food was wonderful, as usual.
But this trip there was something special. His name is Jacob.
Our 11 year old daughter has been suffering from a sudden neurological disorder. She suffers from daily fainting & seizures. Something as simple as walking to our table, was enough to set off her fainting.
She fainted several times sitting at the table and Jacob, clearing a table nearby, noticed. He couldn’t have known that we are going through the most devastating few months of our lives.
He asked me if she was okay, while I was holding her unconscious body from hitting the floor.
The concern and care in his eyes was so genuine.
I briefly explained what had happened to our daughter to cause this and Jacob immediately asked for her name and said he was going to pray for her. He then walked around the table and gave our daughter a hug.
Before we left, he also gave her a stuffed cow to take home.
This experience and interaction was extremely heartwarming and not only meant a lot to our daughter, but to us.
Jacob,
Our family feels extremely blessed to have had the opportunity to meet you today. We believe in the power of prayer and cannot express our thanks enough that you will pray for our girl.
During this extremely difficult season, coming across people like you, makes it...
Read moreCame in as a customer today. All food was good and thoroughly cooked and fresh and the drinks were not filled to the brim with ice. Great job...edit on 6/2 we've come in about once a month for the past 2 months. For the love of God please clean your shake machine and last night our fries were hard and stale and warm while you guys were busy busy. It appears you are pre making food and letting it sit too long to better suit your corporate times VS your customers happy moods. And servers still need a good 2 or 3 prompts to bring guests their drinks on a dine in order but that's always been the norm for this location. For what you charge step it up a little please.edit I was in a few days ago . wilted flowered flies dry fries. All tables were nasty . I dudbt ask for one to be cleaned and jacob cleans one leaving it sopping wet and I had to dry it off. He then proceeded to keep asking my son questions when he didn't want to be bothered and grossly of all kept touching my back like 3 or 4 times creeping me out and I'm still having panic attacks about it days later. In some cultures when people repeatedly touch you unwanted they are putting a spell on you and your supposed to be Christian based. You are the only chic fil a in missoula so please fix these problems. And the drive thru lady with her pack on delivering lobby trays smelling like a half lit cigarette was not a good touch. Glasses long hair not...
Read moreBefore Chick-fil-A was built in Missoula, we drove to Kalispell to enjoy the fresh chicken sandwiches and hot, gooey, cheesy Mac and Cheese. Never once did we get mediocore or bad food. When the Missoula business opened in November of 2022, we looked forward to getting our favorite food within walking distance from our home.
Opening day: The customer service, outstanding. The chicken sandwich cold. The Mac and Cheese, dry. We chalked up the experience to it being opening day and planned to try again later.
We've visited the Missoula location for our favorites multiple times over the last 6 months, each and every time being disappointed by the food. The staff and customer service are always on point. Tonight, I felt it was time for my review since the Missoula business can't seem to get it right. Our spicy chicken sandwiches had barely warm chicken and sad looking pickles after asking for extra. The holes weren't too big a deal but these sandwiches aren't real cheap so having it at least warm would be appreciated. The Mac and Cheese, again, dry and tasteless to the point we didn't finish it...again.
With the location of the business surrounded by so many other food choices, we've opted to now eat elsewhere. It's just a sad disappointment when other Chick-fil-A's strive for...
