I purchased an adjustable bed frame for the 1st time, only previously owning a traditional standard bed frame that you would lay your mattress and low profile box spring on top of. I found this to be a nice treat for myself & overall pleasant upgrade to my bedroom. The back portion can lift upward in case I want to watch tv in bed with out having to use a lot of pillows. Then the legs section can also bend upward at the same time, which is nice for those who want to the option of putting your feet up while in bed. Then I can transform everything back in flat horizontal mode if I like & when I’m ready to fall asleep if perhaps I don’t want to sleep with either lower or upper side of the bed frame tilted upward.
I also purchased 2 each of the Tempur-Pedicure Breeze Pro HI High Profile pillows for a California King size bed with my purchase.
The installers gave me the option of keeping the bed frame the same height as it was previously before or lower it, which I elected to have the new bed frame lowered, since I already have a very tall pillow top mattress. I now have the comfort of a super tall mattress with out the height. It’s now the perfect set up.

More info: We liked a super high end mattress because of the feel and the salesperson said "the prices are like apple products... they are what they are" and then left it at that. We respected that and proceeded to look around the store. At that point the salesperson let us be and allowed us to look around without offering many alternatives or talking to us about our budget and trying to see what else could fit in that budget. We finally walked back to him and said we needed to think about our strategy and he responded "maybe you need to". We felt that was rather rude... he could have said "that's fine. Talk to you soon" and left it at that.
We went to Mattress Firm 2 miles down on El Camino and Troy in the store decided to make sure we tried mattresses in a logical manner and find the one that worked for us. Then he worked with the price. He showed us the same "apple" variety and said there wasn't much he could do with price but worked to find us a comparable feel that was much lower in price. We didn't have expectations of taking a $4000 mattress for quarter of the price but we knew there was a via medium which Mattress Firm was willing to explore and Mancini's just didn't care. Mancini's lost out on an opportunity. We were looking to spend about $1K for a mattress but because of Troy's logical salesmanship, we ended up spending almost $1700 and walked out thinking we got a good deal.
