Purchased a substantial amount of furniture and fixtures in November. A few issues with the items received to date: Incorrect area rug delivered, correct rug not delivered to date. Incomplete items delivered, missing parts/pieces, again nothing delivered to date. Ceiling fans delivered without the proper extensions. Upon follow up,”the extensions are extra”. The “designer” didn’t take the time to measure and order correctly. Purchased a “one of a kind” dinning room table. The table required a base, which had to be ordered, was told would deliver the table with the base. Base was delivered, however no table. Contacted our “designer”, she will follow up. Couple days later called, as hadn’t heard back, and was told the table was sold to someone else! This was over two (2) months after the original signed contract. Amazing a company would treat a customer that way.

Other issues, missing estimated delivery of remaining items and lack of communication.

Based on our experience with the dinning room table, one can assume contracted items are going elsewhere to appease other customers.

Everything was fine buying and delivery, within a month of owning we had to have a service call for loose legs in the frame this again happened 3 1/2 months into owning plus the fabric is coming apart at the seams (we are a retired couple) Robb & Stucky has said the manufacturer will replace the sofa that was at the end of November we are now heading into February and have not heard back from them, this should not take this long for defective workmanship. My thought is they are waiting for the warranty to expire so it does not have to be replaced thus screwing the consumer out of $4K. I would have thought that it would be top notch service at Robb & Stucky...Not so, l would get better service at low end retailers! Not impressed take your...

Robb and Stucky furniture store on 41 is extremely poor value furniture for high prices. Furniture Is poorly made. Easily damaged with minimal use. No protective layer on the furniture.They don’t accept returns of defective products or give credits. They take no responsibility. Poor Customer Service. Would never recommend walking into that store. I would put less than one star, but it’s not available. Spent significant amount of money and they will not return patio furniture that was used one time and got salad dressing on it and large spot that can’t be removed. It is just a bunch...
