Came here before to get my bumper guard few months ago and they did a great job. Called yesterday to get my windows tinted. Quoted me 60 to get 2 front windows tinted, good deal. Arrived and waited about 40mins. Got it got done pretty quick then told me $80. Sure whatever, paid and tipped the guy. Told me do not open the windows for a day. Next day I saw couple of big bubbles in my tint and drove back to the shop. The guy said it was because I opened the window....which I never did. Said I had to pay another $30 to redo the window. Also said I had to come back before closing because he is busy....really...? I never opened the window, had no reason to in this hot weather. What can I say?

Response: the address is 7007 queens blvd and the phone number matches outside the business. CALL the same phone number listed and ask if they have window tinting. Then you better change your business. Nice excuse for every honest negative review. You can already see the owners response is not...

I took my vehicle to auto beauty back in march 2017 to buy n have running boards n back rear bumper protector installed on my suv ...only to find out now by revisiting the site auto-beauty because i want to have a front bull bar install, my vehicle was posted in pictures on their website for advertisement purposes with out my knowledge/permission!!! what nerves!!! they should have asked me !!! What are their policies regarding the privacy of their customers?...they need to remove those advertising pictures!! u have no right even taking pictures without a customer's permission!!!! Other than that issues they installed all the part pretty good except I had to return to the shop cause they left my rear bumper...

Purchase a Bumper bull bar about a year and half ago from this location for my Honda Odyssey 2019. Today April 5 2021 I was coming off the Queens Borough bridge hear and sound and it was one of the bracket broke out of nowhere. I didn't hit anything it just broke , I contact this location to get a replacement and they say that they never heard of this plus they don't sell the bracket only if get it installed and you must have the original receipt and it cost $150.
