This location never had spicy tenders. After multiple visits and multiple “no spicy tenders” I asked the cashier for a manager, shift leader arrives I ask her if she’s the manager she says no either way I ask her why no spicy tenders she responds “we have no spicy” doesn’t answer my question but okay. I ask to speak to her manager and a man came from the back room I told him I’ve been coming multiple times for spicy tenders and they never have. Suddenly the following week they have spicy tenders, so the cashier and shift leader was lying. Untrustworthy staff already. Thankfully they have good food right? Wrong. Good food is pointless when they have terrible staff. Today I go in to pick up my order, I see them make my order and put it to the side. It took me legitimately 10 whole minutes just to get them to hand me my food that was sitting 10 feet away from me. Both cashiers made eye contact with me and turned their backs. Shift leader walks by all the prepared ordered and makes eye contact with everyone waiting and goes to the back room. I had to walk from the pick up area to the ordering area and pretend like I wanted to order at the register just for them to acknowledge me. Told the cashier my order number she quickly grabbed my bag and handed it to me. It took another 5 minutes to get their attention for some napkins which was missing from my bag. When I asked the cashier for napkins, he literally gave me a single napkin. I looked at the napkin and back at him and laughed I thought he was joking. He said “what?” I said “can I get napkinS” emphasized the plural and he gave me another single napkin. I gave up and walked out. Every time I come in, there’s trash all over the floor, terrible staff, cold food, no chairs and only one trash can with no where to grab utensils. I’ve picked up from this location before and everything well. Decided to go in today & shockingly the cashier who attended to me was rude and didn’t know how to speak to me or other customers. I had ordered the frozen strawberry lemonade and assuming the slushy machine was out of order she took the lid off the machine and scooped some of “frozen” lemonade into the cup (with no gloves, keep in mind she was handling money at the register), I was going to deny that lemonade but it was for my boyfriend and he didn’t seem to mind it but just to make a joke about how I shouldn’t worry there’s slush and maybe a piece of finger nail lol I personally would have denied that because there was no point to give a customer a liquid beverage when you know the machine isn’t working , luckily we put the drink in our freezer and made our own slushy! Lol I decided to go with someone different this time and order the classic sandwich combo with a biscuit, and some fried shrimp! DO NOT COME HERE. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I work at the pharmacy nearby and I wanted some chicken for lunch so I came here. First time btw. I go inside - only person there, not even mobile orders are done. I wait at the counter to be attended and the ladies are chattting for a solid 5 minutes and making eye contact with me and clearly are not working. Lady finally comes at the register and takes my order. I said I wanted a Chicken Sandwich with No Mayo. She asks "Only Pickles?" I said yes. She immediately checks out and I said I wasn't done with my order. I told her I also wanted a side and drink. She gets pissed because I didn't call it a combo, and turns to her co-woker. I know a bit of Bangali so I understood what the lady said. She called me a stupid idiot and that i was making her life harder, that she has no time for this.
