It's too bad when all you are trying to do is shop and you run into a trick like this the place is so overstaffed customers can't even walk down the aisle. Then they act like the customers are bothering them by shopping there. ???? How do you think your wages get paid guys? the aisles are too thin to walk down Rude to customers staff first attitude. Rude deli staff. Rude manager. I shopped there between 530 and 6 only because they seemed to have a deli with sliced cheese. I waited for SO long at the deli then when I peeked around the corner the big rude deli girl made a shoving motion and yelled me to get back in front of the counter.?????? Like I was her serf. ????? The manager is to blame he taught her that is ok. When I asked for the manager and then the drunk guy in front of me in line started saying to the cashier that he was scared of me. Believe all I did was ask for the manager me she had been the scary one and he didn't even see what happened. It always seems when customers gang up on other customers like that it is a low class place where they have seen a lot of people treated very rudely. And they want to get on the good side of the staff bc for some reason they have to go there and they know how unprofessional low class and rude they are at that establishment so they do that. This dude mentioned that he shops there every day and buys the same thing. Oh lucky him !Shop there if you like to be disrespected and treated rudely for your money I wish there were negative stars bc I would give them...

My experience is totally different at this place, I order online using (Mercado app). Thinking the I ll save time and money, turns out that the first time I order the app says my order is ready so I went to the store just to find out the no one make my order their excuse was I place the order at night and they didn’t see it, so I try to understand and I wait there for 20 minutes so they can make my order. “Second time I order same thing my order was not ready and the lady at the register told me the she doesn’t know anything to wait for the manager. So I told her I was going to came back later for her to call me when the order is ready. Last night I place and order 5 items for pick up next day which is today September 11th I went to get my order and again wasn’t ready and the lady at the register she’s no help at all she said the same thing from last time I don’t know talk to the manager so I ask for the manager, and she said he is not here come back later. But don’t have all day I have to work I have to pickup my children from school so I start it to make own order which I paid them to be made at certain time at certain day. So I’m taking 10 minutes writing this review so more people don’t place orders here because they are just going to waist your time…. Oh by the way the lady at the register she’s nasty...

Video chatting while on the job is very unprofessional this cashier she is on the morning shift I belive she is Dominican she is always on the morning shift she has the nastiest attitude so I went there to use my wic take in mind that bruja has the most stank attitude I have my wic app with the card number I been going in that store for since the day they open take in mind I been living around the corner from April 2021 in this neighborhood all she could have done was put in the card number and verify it with my ID but she video chatting take in mind there was not a line and it wasn't busy because at times it would be a long line in there and am a very understanding but why you video chatting on the job not working there is another store open up across from them and trust me keep up that attitude and that poor customer service and this store will be shut down because you have competition now....if you want to video chat and not work...
