The Executive Plaza — Hotel in New York

The doorman is so nice and welcoming. However, the building is a bit old, and the unit has not been renovated for at least tens of years. Nevertheless, the building's service is excellent. From issues with the AC, outlets, tap, bathtub, to the bathroom fan, they always solve them the next day. They even replaced my room's AC since the old one wasn't working. But I guess this unit really needs a full renovation. I saw bugs, maybe silverfish, in the bathroom around the tub and toilet, and the humidity level is a bit high in the unit. The laundry room is renovated and convenient, but it's quite expensive, $4 for the dryer…I guess it's midtown. It’s in a very convenient location, close to everything. If this place could be renovated and have in-suite laundry, I would definitely...

It's perfect for a short/long term stay. The rooms are well maintained. Hygiene standards are maintained.

The location couldn't be any better. It's right at the center of the world. A lot of eateries and street food options around.

The attendants are very understanding and always eager to help.

The rooms have all essentials required for a home.

What deserves a special mention? The location is just perfect, next to the Broadway and all the sights the city has to offer.

What could be better? There should be a parking option for residents. Some don't mind paying extra...
