Run, Walk, Hop, Skip, Jump, just get to this location 745 7th Ave, New York, NY 10019 if you want to be provided with a Welcoming, Clean, Spacious atmosphere and Knowledgeable employees.
The entire staff is knowledgeable BUT there is one who is Highly Knowledgeable and provides Outstanding Customer Service, the Phenomenal Manager Kevin.
My Blessed Sisters, Tanya and Cherie, did their research on the Running Sport and just luckily spoke to Kevin via phone. As result of him providing all the answers to my Sister Tanyaâs Who, What, Why, Why and How inquiries, as per his invite we immediately went to the store.
As we walked, Tanyaâs feet and lower back ached severely. There was NO need to go to an Orthopedic doctor and/or call 911 when Dr. Kevin was in the house.
Every employee welcomed us But Kevin Respectfully approached us and greeted us with a Genuine smile. Kevin, Thanks so much for your Patience and Support re: the appropriate footwear for Tanya. Standing ovation to you for also providing CPR (Compassion, Professionalism and Respect). Tanya joyfully left with one box of sneakers but we ALL left with a HUGE smile because you Truly value your work and most of all people.
Lawrence Thank you for being you and ALL you do. Kevin is Truly a reflection of your Phenomenal leadership. You took the time out to stop eating lunch just to hear Amazing things about Kevinâs work performance. May you be Blessed for commending Kevin in his presence on being Awesome for nowadays that is rarely done.
Corporate Office, commend the entire staff for their team work BUT immediately promote Lawrence and Kevin for their Outstanding...
Read moreI had a prescription from a podiatrist for either of two pairs of Hoka, a brand of sneaker. This is a running shoe. I had injured both feet playing softball...a metatarsal toe bent out of shape in one, and the infamous plantar fasciitis in the other.
I had window shopped on 7th avenue - and here was one of those new window arrays that revealed the entire contents of the store.
That kind of confidence is a good indication, generally speaking, of a quality brand. Upon walking in, there was nothing to hide in either the selection process or inventory availability.
The two pairs on my prescription were readily available. After a quickie computerized laser measurement, the exact length and width were presented to me; the gray Bondi model in "wide" (size E), and the electric blue Elevon, a little narrow, but it looked really good.
So, I compromised and bought both.
Guess what! In 6 weeks, my metatarsalgia problem was reduced to a minor occasional soreness that no longer caused limping in regular shoes, and its comforting to know they are available for future use during next softball season.
There were also copious supplies of the latest in orthotic socks, of which I purchased about 16 pair. Total...
Read moreMid day on Friday, while at work, I hurt my Achilles heel and surrounding ankle ligaments. I also have plantar fasciitis. I could only walk by dragging my foot. I found Super Runners Shop near my work and limped over. I didn't know what to expect. I practically stood in the middle of the store and yelled "Help!" This sales person quickly came over to me to assist. She recommended these plantar fasciitis socks, which I bought, and measured my feet electronically. I sat down and she came back with black Asics. She felt my toe and suggested half a size up. They were perfect. I was able to hobble back to work. I am sorry I didn't get this salesperson's name because she was fabulous. She was patient, understood what I was talking about and compassionate. Because of the location I thought the cost of the sneakers were going to be prohibitive. But Super Runners Shop was very competitive. This salesperson helped me tremendously. I will absolutely return...
