I needed to get a specific dress shirt. I went to the 6th Avenue store, and the salespersons were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. They sent me over to the 7th Avenue store to retrieve the shirt. Upon arriving, no one asked me if I needed help, as there were about 4 associates at the counter. By the time I retrieved the 4 articles I needed, I joined a very long line. Although at this time there was only one associate ringing customers up. The associate was not approachable or friendly. He didn’t say anything or offer an apology as to why there was no one else there to assist. After about waiting an hour in the line (there was only 2 people in front of me), I was finally waited on. He rung the items up, one of which needed to be shipped from another store as it was not available in store. He asked me if the address in the system was my correct address, I said yes, but the shirt cannot be shipped there as I was not at that address at the moment. As I stood there thinking about an address to send the shirt to, he continued to ring up the other items. When I was ready to give an address, I began to speak and said “ok, I have the address I’d like to send this to” and looks up and me and goes “oh, I just placed the order, it’ll be sent to your address in the system”. I informed him that I JUST told him the item couldn’t be sent there. He just stared at me. After a moment, he said he can call the company to change it but it’ll take about 30 minutes. After waiting in line for about an hour, I was not happy to hear this. I wrote the correct address down on a sheet of paper, handed it to him, and left the store. I am very very disappointed in the service at the 7th Avenue store. I will try my best to not return to...

In short this store was unfriendly and either lied to me or simply gave bad information. In my opinion there's an entirely different level of customer experience despite being such a short walk away from the 6th ave store. This store feels like DIY store where the expectation is that you walk in there knowing your CT size, pick up what you want, buy it, and walk out. Don't expect any friendly greetings or a salesperson that's interested in helping you explore this brand. If you want that then hit the 6th ave store.

This was the largest store so I visited it first with the intention of exchanging my online-bought shirts that didn't fit. When I first walked in to this store I was pretty much ignored. There was one other customer and 3 sales attendants. When I asked the salesman to help me make sure I'm a 15.5 32 super slim and wanted to try on a shirt he looked at me like an idiot and gave me a 15.5 34 super slim instead.

When I asked if other stores nearby may have different stock the salesman said that they are the only store with any super slims at all. So I walked out having done nothing but wasted my time. They couldn't help me confirm what my size was and I walked out with the original 3 shirts that I wanted to exchange. I was just going to handle everything online instead. Luckily my wife convinced me that this might just be a bad store. Let's just say the 6th ave store far exceeded any expectations and I ended up with more...

Best store experience in my life! My dad never taught me how to dress up. Until today you could even have called me fashion dysfunctional. I had no clue where to start or what I was even looking for. Thank G-D that the perfect man for the job was working there right when I walked in. His name is Jerry Fields. He is by far the kindest, sweetest salesman I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. That day it was very slow in the store and there wasn't a lot of people coming in; so he spent hours teaching me all about men's fashion, color schemes, shirt sizes, shoe styles, suits sizes, pocket squares, and so much more. I couldn't believe that this man was willing to spend so much of his time teaching me even though I told him that I wasn't going to buy anything from him that day! Jerry if your seeing this, man you are one of the best and most honest sales person I have ever met! Every minute I spent with you, learning from you was absolutely worth it. You changed my life and words can't express the gratitude that I have for what you did for me. If your bosses are seeing this, this man deserves a promotion. He is exactly the type of an exemplary man your company needs in a store. Guys, if your looking for quality suits and a quality and knowledgeable man to dress you right, head on over here and specifically ask for Jerry. He will make your day and will totally rock your elegant fashion sense!
