Stay in August - I cannot say enough amazing things about the Hampton Inn Warren/Niles location! I’ve been staying here for almost 5 years now—at times weekly or every other week when covering my territory for work—and it has consistently been my favorite Hilton property. Even now, with a new company, I always make the drive to stay here (sometimes even 30 minutes out of the way) because of how updated, clean, and welcoming this hotel is compared to others in the area.
What truly sets this location apart is the staff, especially Brianna and Alexis. They are always so professional, kind, and genuinely sweet. Tonight was the perfect example of how they consistently go above and beyond for their guests. After checking in late around 11 pm, I realized there were no makeup remover wipes in the room (something I’ve noticed missing across Hilton properties lately). When I called the front desk, Brianna immediately apologized and didn’t just say “sorry”—she proactively offered to personally bring wipes to my room. Within minutes, she arrived with makeup wipes, a vanity kit, a chocolate bar, and water to make up for the inconvenience. That level of thoughtfulness and care is rare and made me feel so valued as a guest.
This is exactly why I stay here instead of other locations. For example, I’ve stayed several times at the Boardman Ironwood Hampton, where the staff is friendly, but the property feels outdated, not the cleanest, and they’ve also failed to provide wipes in the rooms (and had none available at the desk either). With room rates averaging $230–$250 with taxes, small details like this truly matter to travelers who are constantly on the road.
Brianna and Alexis deliver the kind of hospitality that makes this hotel feel like home. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for their guests deserve recognition—and a raise! Thank you both for turning what could have been a small inconvenience into a wonderful example of customer service done right. I will always recommend this Warren/Niles Hampton Inn to family, friends, and coworkers. ❤️
Stay from July 2025 somehow it won't allow me to add multiple reviews even tho I stay here all the time.. I can’t say enough good things about my experience at the Hampton Inn Niles/Warren, especially because of the incredible service from Julie and Jaclyn. Julie has consistently gone above and beyond for me every time I’ve stayed (I’ve stayed here at least 30 times). As someone who tends to have trouble sleeping and often needs a quiet space during the evening to work, she has always been incredibly accommodating. Whether it’s helping me secure a quiet area or making sure my needs are met without hesitation, Julie handles everything with such kindness, grace, and enthusiasm. She is always so sweet, energetic, and genuinely caring—she makes me feel like more than just a guest; she makes me feel at home. Jaclyn is equally fantastic—always professional, welcoming, and ready to help with anything. Her calm demeanor and attention to detail make the check-in process smooth and stress-free, and she truly represents what great hospitality should be. The warmth and personal attention I receive from Julie and Jaclyn are exactly why I continue to return to this location. Their dedication, positivity, and exceptional service set this Hampton Inn apart. Y’all are the best and thank you for putting smiles on...
Read moreWe booked this hotel for our wedding roughly 6 months in advance while COVID was at its peak. We requested a block of 20 rooms for our guest, but the area director would only provide 10 at first, then open up 5 at a time based off of availability which we had no issues with....... Until they went completely back on their word and left guest with room rates 3 times the price we were originally quoted, and this was all well before our contractual cut off date.
We had all family members and close guest book their rooms ASAP so we could assure family received the best rate and to get the 5 additional rooms allowed to our group as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we were never told when the 10th room was booked or if additional rooms were allotted for our group until guest started to ask us why rooms were $300/night (embarrassing that we heard it from guest and not the managementt) when the guest were booking weeks before the cut off date noted in the invitation.
Upon calling Alyse, who is the director for the Theraldsom Hospitality Group over several locations in the area and our main contact we worked with the 6 months prior, she noted that the hotel did have availability (sigh of relief), but she stated that she would not open up anymore rooms for our hotel block (left me in disbelief). I asked why and she rudely stated "Because it's my decisions and I don't want to". Luckily I had my wife, and several people in the vehicle who witnessed the lack of professionalism, so I followed up with an email recapping our discussion and she abruptly called me a liar. I also requested to speak with her superior and she stated "No, I'm the director and it's my decision".
I would check the area and avoid working with Alyse or the Theraldsom Hospitality Group, who oversees many hotels near the mall. I strictly chose this hotel due to my 6 year commitment as a diamond member with Hilton, but due to Alyse and the Theraldsom Hospitality Group, I will be escalating this to Hilton to assure they understand how their 3rd party owners value their loyalist customers.
Outside of Alyse, the front desk workers were a joy, and they let our group enjoy our wedding evening on their patio which was nice and much...
Read moreStayed here with my 17 year old son in a 2 queen room. Would definitely stay here again as the pros heavily outweighed the one con. ||Pros -|- CLEAN. This is always my #1 priority and this place did not disappoint. The room was clean. No bugs!! And we always check. |- QUIET. Not sure if there were others staying near us or not. The parking lot was full so I’ll assume there were but we never heard a peep. |- TEMPERATURE. FULL control of AC in the room. No bottom limit. Thank you. Was nice to keep the room cold like we like it. And the AC fan was pleasantly consistent and quiet. Perfect. |- DARK. Blackout curtains that actually blackout so you can sleep in the complete dark. Note there’s a nice little nightlight in the bathroom. |- Room was organized nicely with plenty of countertops for luggage. Hooks on wall were nice for bags. Note - no drawers if you need that feature. |- Fridge in room was very cold. Froze our water bottles so beware if you use it for insulin or medication. |- FRIENDLY STAFF|- BREAKFAST. Good selection and well attended to. |- LOBBY. It was big and nice place to sit if you so choose. |- Pool and patio - we didn’t use but we did look at it and it looked good. Nice patio space too.|- Parking was easy. There are notes in the lobby that warn you about break ins but we always felt safe and didn’t see any issues. |- LOCATION. Good spot as it’s walking distance to shopping and restaurants. ||CONS-|- the ONLY con was the beds were not the most comfortable. Not awful awful just not good either. Very stiff and unyielding. More than the 2 nights we stayed and my back/shoulders/and other pressure points wouldn’t have appreciated it. The bed isn’t worn out or anything like that it’s just not a comfortable mattress. uncomfortably rigid and unyielding. It fails to contour to the body's natural curves, causing pressure points and discomfort, particularly in the shoulders, hips, and lower back. This lack of support can lead to restless sleep. Was ok for a couple nights. |||Overall - 4.5 stars! So I’ll round up. I’d stay again. Good find. If the mattress was better this hotel would be amongst the nicest you can find. If I’m ever back to this area I’ll see about...
