If I could give a zero for service I would! This was the worse experience I have ever had! It was horrible. So my daughter and I were seated. Ordered our waters and asked for a kids menu. We ordered mozzerella sticks for an appetizer, she got a kids meal traditional wings and fries, and I got a combo that had 6 traditional wings, 6 boneless wings, and fries. We are waiting and waiting and it was about 25mins the waiter never came and said anything. My daughter had to go to the bathroom so I took her and we come back and food is at the table. We go sit down...no mozzarella sticks, her food is fine, but I didn't get my fries. So ok whatever we sit there and wait I figured he would have noticed we were back. He starts cleaning different areas never comes over. At one point he's tending to this group of older men and having an issue with the bills and the manager comes out to help him fix whatever issues there were. Ok fine so I wait - I understand he's trying to get something fixed for them. Now those guys leave and he's no where around. Comes back and starts cleaning some more. At this point I'm pissed because I've waited another 15 minutes. Never came to ask if everything was alright, nothing. In restaurants im very quiet. I never say if there is an issue or anything i dont like the awkward situations, but now im pissed. So I get up go over to the bar and tell the bartender I'd like to speak to a manager. She goes to the kitchen area and tells the waiter then goes to the managers office. The kid comes over to the table and was like is everything alright. And so I start saying "actually no everything is not alright" so, I start saying everything that I didn't get, and the manager comes over, so I start again and I was like this is only the second time he has came to the table since we got here and I start going on. I told him that I understand he has other tasks to get done, but when he has a table the least he could have done was check on us once after we got our food. And I was like we never received utensils or Napkins, and I just want my bill so I can pay and leave because I'm very frustrated. Can I please have a box for our food. The waiter goes and gets containers, drops them on the floor, picks them up and sets them on the table, and brings the receipt . The manager took off the fries from the combo since I never got them. I paid the bill of $30. The manager hands me 2 gift cards. I just tried checking the balances on the gift cards and they are saying not registered. So now I'm even more upset with this experience. Read moreArrived at 4:45 and at 5:05 I went to ask the host if we had a server. There were only a few ppl sitting at the bar and a few tables in the dining room with guests. The lady we had seen by use the entire time come to find out was our server. While placing our order we figured out the server had no idea about the menu. We politely read the menu to her so she understood we wanted the traditional/boneless wing combo. After ordering we went to the restroom and came back to our table where we waited another 10 mins for lemonade. Our appetizer of chips and salsa arrived about 2 mins after our lemonades. About 35 more minutes go by and our meal arrived! I pick my boneless wing up to take a bite and instantly realized they were cold to touch. I took a bite thinking maybe just the outside was cold. I was wrong! I then tried a bite of my Mac and cheese only to find out it was cold! I got the servers attention to let her know about the issue. We decided we were finished at this point. The server apologized and said she would remove that from our bill. She brings me the bill and I see she rang our order in wrong and charged us separately for the combo items. She had only removed the wings. The manager was watching her give me the bill she adjusted. I told the server I will not pay for the cold Mac and cheese either. She could see only a bite was taken out of one bowl. The other bowl wasn’t touched. The server went back to the manager and the manager rolled her eyes and went behind a wall. The server came back to our table and told us we didn’t have to pay for anything. Im not sure if our server was new or not but if she was it’s not her fault they left her out to dry. We could tell she had no clue bc she kept wiping the same tables while we were there for an hour. Don’t order the salsa unless you like straight tomato paste. Read moreI will say we go to Buffalo Wild Wings weekly. This is the worst experience I have ever ever had with them. First time at the Niles Ohio store, they told us a half hour they would call we showed up a few minute early gave them our name she said they some times people stay longer and they didn't have a table so we decided to sit in two different tables and had two different waiters. My son's table was taken care of right away our table took another 10 minutes before we got asked for something to drink. We ended up giving him our order the same time because they were busy and figured get out order in soon. So my son's table was served with half their food them five minutes later got the rest. We are still waiting for our food half hour goes by never once stopped to say do you need something else. Kids ran out of drinks we finally get our food my order wasn't even put in. Waiter said to me what did you order so now I'm upset so I told him just don't even put my order Inwanted to talk to a manager. Manager comes over too start to tell him my problem he blows me of ask me what I ordered I told him I didn't want my order to take me it off my bill. He walks away and he not once apologized. there not napkinss no plastic ware. the food we did order one of the items came wrong we asked several times for plastic ware. So as we are waking out I told them this was the worst place I could of went and the manger yells at me from behind the counter he was rude and I have never had such bad service. Not once got a apologized.
