We were seated as soon as we came in at a booth by the bar, we didn’t think it would be an issue as there was only about 10-15 people at the bar. We had our 2 young children with us. About 5 minutes of being seated we heard a gentlemen clearly intoxicated at the bar cussing (also still being served alcohol which he should of been cut off) our kids didn’t pay any attention to him so we just ordered out food. After about 15 minutes of waiting to our food and hearing this man, I took our children to the bathroom, when I came back our food was there so we started eating. The gentleman at the bar started saying” who the f brings their kids to a fing bar? You’re not going to tell me as a regular to stop cussing this is a fing bar I’m going to fing cuss if I want to” at this point the bar manager or restaurant manager should of asked this man to leave weather he’s a regular or not. Absolutely unacceptable in my opinion. We felt uncomfortable the rest of our meal. Now I would have liked to cause a scene and told this man what I really thought but once again I had my children. I would like to hope this isn’t started practice from your management team. I know the patron is the soul reason we were uncomfortable but he should of been asked to leave when he was yelling and cussing. We will not...

Went here for the first time last night, Jan. 23, 2024. We were seated within a minute of arriving but we waited at the table at least five minutes before being greeted. The server didn't tell us her name but she was friendly. She didn't check on us after we received our food until she saw that my husband's soda was almost empty. She gave him a refill but it was the wrong one. He knows the difference between regular and diet. She claimed that it was the right drink but she took it away and brought him the right one from the back of the house instead of the bar area. The only decent thing was the large pretzel yet the nacho cheese sauce was barely warm. It's supposed to be smooth but it was chunky due to the temperature. I ordered off of the PB* menu and got the roast beef and cheese. I had no idea it had fries on top so I removed those. Didn't know that it was served on thick slices of white bread. Didn't know that it had a sweet sauce mixed in with the stringy pieces of shredded lettuce. The entire meal made me sick afterwards and I could barely keep it down. My husband ordered a PB* sandwich as well. I don't remember what he got but he threw his up at home afterwards. We really wanted to like this place but unfortunately, it wasn't a...

We have been to the Niles location many times and have had good experiences. Today’s meals were not on par with what we have had at past visits. We each ordered the steak salads. The steak was not what you typically picture for a steak salad. It was more a shaved beef similar to a steak-um. It was very over cooked and extremely greasy, so much so that most of the lettuce was covered in the greasy droplets which was unappetizing to say the least. As for the lettuce it had that funky just dumped out of the bag taste- again not appetizing. I ate the French fries from the top and just a few bites of the salad. The waitress never asked if something was wrong as she took my full plate away. She was a nice young lady and seemed to be working hard. We had our usual when at Primanti- the Drunk Duck. Delicious as always but today they were bright green instead of their signature blue. I did comment about that to which our waitress responded maybe something they ordered came in differently. We had the mozzarella wedges as an appetizer and they were yummy. We will go back but will remember this is not the place to go when you’re hungry for...

This was my first time trying this place. I am from the west coast and we don't have these. I absolutely loves it. The atmosphere is a spots bar, pub, locals sandwich shop. I had "The Original" Pastrami and cheese, 10/10. The meat was delicious, the cheese was melted perfectly and the coleslaw balanced the salty flavor from the fries. I started my meal with what should've been a Great Lakes IPA but either the keg was sour or I got thr wrong beer because it was gross. No problem though, the server didn't hesitate to take the beer back and I ordered in its place their signature Duck Duck drink (I think that was what it was called, it came with a tiny rubber duckie). It was spot in and very delicious. The restaurant was trying a new dessert idea, the Cheescake Burrito... or something like that... also very good! My only suggestion is to ask for a steak knife cause it is deep fried. All and all this was one of my favorite places I got to try while visiting in Ohio. I wish I remembered the server name because they were totally great but unfortunately I do not. 10/10 would recommend.

This spot is local to us so we stop here a couple times a year. I do like their bone in wings as they are always cooked to perfection and on the larger size. In true Primanti fashion, their signature sandwiches are always a treat, piled high with all kinds of goodness. If you are wanting to get your belly full, their sandwiches will do the job. I don't feel the sandwiches are as good here as the original Pittsburgh location, however you don't have to hunt for a place to park or wait in line here and the food is still good. I do find this location better than the Grove City one. Bar type atmosphere with booths, tables, and several televisions around. It is well laid out and not chaotic or too loud, but I wouldn't consider it a quiet place for a meal. We have always had good servers here as well. We tend to order wings here on half off night which I believe is Sunday and Monday. Great wings at a great value!

This was my first and last time trying this place. Half fries were soggy and the rest were burnt pieces Tasted like old grease. My kid took a fry before I could say something and she responded they were nasty. Philly sandwich bread was soggy and ⅓ of the bread didn't have any meat. But what's worse than soggy bread, nasty meat. The taste was off putting making my stomach turn and the 1 bite I took had several hard grizzly pieces. Honestly it made subways Philly taste gourmet. Doordash 8 credit was a joke for this trash. My stomach hurts now but at least the dogs liked it
