A Shore View Condominium Motel — Hotel in North Wildwood

At the last minute my sister and I decided to get away for the weekend. We found this place on line late Thursday afternoon and traveled to N. Wildwood on Friday. From the minute we checked in we knew we made the right decision. Debbie in the office is wonderful, can't do enough for you. We were pleasantly surprised by our room (413), it was clean and had everything we needed (and then some). We changed and headed right to the pool which is very clean, with plenty of space and never overcrowded the whole weekend. Rob, the all around go to guy of the place, is friendly, helpful and works hard to keep everything running smoothly.||||The location is perfect, the beach is half a block and you can walk to anything you would want to do.||||Some of the rooms/condos are owned and the owners we met were the friendliest people and really made us "renters" feel at home and part of the community.||||A Shore View reminds me of "The Wildwoods" I used to visit many years ago, which I have fond memories of. We were able to check in a couple hours early only to find a bed bug on one of the bed frames! We were treated as if we were lying and almost didn't get our money back. The only person we dealt with directly was just a regular employee and when we were able to talk to the owner on the phone, he talked to us like we were children. They "did us a favor" and refunded our money and we were fortunate enough to stay at another hotel, but I saw the next day the room we were supposed to stay in was rented out. Went here for the weekend, and was very excited until I got in the room. Unfortunaely the cable wouldnt work so we had to call the office and she asked me to look around for the TV remote. Couldnt find the remote but did find trash under one of the beds. There was also bobby pins in the carpet and my husband even stepped on a piece of broken glass. The bottom drawer in the refrigerator had something brown inside of it. Would not go here again, its unfortunate because it is so close...
