The best place to go relax and enjoy your time. Very friendly and they have daily room service for your rooms.. cleaning... Fresh clean towels... Made beds.. on site laundry and best of all.. boardwalk is right down the road...(cross the street and go.. the beginning of the boardwalk is right there. If you need anything, stores are very close by by car but a nice enjoyable walk. This place is beyond awesome... You need to try it out... Very family oriented and at a great price.

We stayed in room 218 with my daughter and son in law. It was clean and nicely decorated. We have stayed at the Trylon for many years and always enjoy our stay. We hope to return for many more years. Don't always believe negative reviews.

Wonderful family atmosphere. Right on the beach and a block away from the start of the boardwalk. I will definitely stay again.

Where to start.....||I'll start with a positive...i liked Louise's sharp, whitty personality. I found her great, the rest...not so much.||As I said, location is fantastic. The room however, was very bad to say the least. The rug throughout was filthy. Blinds all broken, and the door we left unlocked because we could never get it to open, so we put a chair up against the door when we went out and hid our belongings.||Now, let's get to day one. The entire wall of outlets didn't work. I didn't care. I moved the microwave and toaster to on top of the stove. I made NO calls. Next thing I know, qe just returned from the beach, and a woman and electrician are coming in my room (as my husband DID let them in) they were headed to 304....they came in,NO MASKS, and start talking about the outlets that do not work. Ok....."who called?" Not me....and ,they are in my space, with my daughter, with no masks. When I asked hiw long this would take, the answer was "I don't know". Ok...i go downstairs, after they left and locked the door behind me. I approached the blond manager and asked her what was going on. She stated she was unsure and was calling Louise. She then comes over and says I didn't TELL THEM to pit their masks on. I said "what,really?..they need me to tell them?"...ok...i went to the electrician who needed to get back in my locked room and yes, he proceeded to tell me I didn't tell him " I said " come on man. You're old enough,I'm old enough, noone needs to TELL you to put a damn mask on. Out of respect, you walk into someone's place, you put it on", he proceeded to argue with me that if I was that concerned I shouldn't be on vacation (nice huh), all of which Mrs Blond NEVER came to see or ask what the outcome was....actually, I said hello to her a day later and it killed her to speak to me, and when we checked out and said thank you,she said nothing. ||They wanted to know why it shouldn't be fixed while I was there, while my things were unlocked...BECAUSE I DIDNT COMPLAIN! I have the sense to know,if I call, theyre coming to fix it. For me to remain in the room, THAT I SANITIZED AND CLEANED THE DAY BEFORE, and now I have an electician, touching and moving all my things,I mean....COME ON!|| So overall, the room was a room, but dirty and old. The service was HORRENDOUS. I wouldnt even call it service.||The utility worker on premises did the best he could for us and did try to help us with the door once.||It was pretty bad....try one of the hotels nearby, believe me, you can't do worse.||If I wasn't treated so bad by Mrs Blond,it probably wouldn't have been as...

I wish I could give this place a million star rating! First I want to say that I hate doing ratings/reviews and keep them short and sweet..... USUALLY!!!! But in this case I need to express my feelings on the Trylon. I started going there with my boyfriend's family at the time when I was 18 in 2006, I figured it was a cool place or whatever never really paid any mind, I was a kid. (Plus I was used to going to Sea Isle with my family and staying in the family beach house right on the beach and doing the hole family thing) so any way the next year I went down and stayed with just me and the boy friend, we split the bill so now that I was actually paying for it I was a little more attentive and looked for the best deal lol (it's different when you're older and your paying) we did the mid week special in June and LOVED IT! Louise was super nice, answered all and I mean all of my stupid questions, she made me feel like family, not just a customer or a dollar sign. She spoke to me like she remembered me (she says she did but I'm sure she sees and deals with 1000 people but made me feel good) the rooms where great, along with the grills, outside seating and also the personal chairs for the rooms. Anything you need just ask and Louise will go above and beyond to help you or get it done. I did see some comments about people being drunk and loud, um since when can you blame a hole hotel or the hotel manager for a guest that's one bad seed? And I'm almost 100% positive if the complainers would have complained, then it would have been handled accordingly! The pool is very clean, as are the stairs and balcony. (I hate sand! Lol) the beach is a spit away, every room has a ocean view, because the way the hotel is set up. This is also the "nice" end of Wildwood, not the ghetto part. OMG!!!! The fruit truck man!!!! Everyday there's a man with a fruit truck that stops out front and rings his bell. The fruit is ๐Ÿ’ฏ% fresh and cheap lol the prices are great! I'm super excited because I got to take my son who is now 8 every year since he was born excepct last year, and this year we are going down. It will be my 30th b day on June 8th so me and the boyfriend are headed down! The mid week special is great (Sunday through Friday) sure you don't get a Saturday but you know what they say,?, EVERYDAY IS A SATURDAY IN WILDWOOD!!!! Well it's been a long book so far lol I just wanted to say how great the Trylon is! Thank you Louise and family for the many great years and many great years ahead for family shore fun! You guys rock! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿค—๐Ÿ˜Š๐ŸŒŠ๐Ÿ–๏ธ Love you guys, Lauren Reczek...

Location across the beach..BUT Everything else just horrible..From the check-in with an elderly woman who should not be working (poor thing) Attempting to acquire more money at check-in when the room has been paid in full in August. That did not happen. You are required to pay cash for cleaning fees $50/$60/and $70 for different size rooms. No problem with this due to covid but when we get into the rooms and they are filthy actually filthy. We brought Lysol sprays/ Lysole Wipes and Clorox wipes and actually used them all. When you use your clorox wipes for the floor and they are black , i almost vomited I did want to run we all wanted to run. From the bathroom in room 103 having mold/rotting vanity the shower enclosure doors unknown when was cleaned. mold around the window Listen I can go on for hours about the bathroom and you all may vomit . Food and dirt was left under the table bench seating..The airconditioner was cold thank god but had an odor (I guess that's why there was air freshener trees around it) I would spray air freshener when it shut off in the grates. Unknown when the inside of the windows or ledge was cleaned due to thick dirt as blinds where falling when you attempted to open. Only light was the kitchen and one over a small closet..Some units are owned and I'm assuming their units may be clean. When i was there when people checked out on the holiday Monday of their rooms...And I watched new people check into these rooms and not one cleaning lady cleaned their rooms...This did not surprise me at all.. A female hosed down concrete and front windows with a hose .I felt bad for these people checking in and We all wanted to say RUN RUN...Our friends checked out of the room and left and this is the first time I viewed a female in a room cleaning maybe cause I was watching who knows...I think they took the cash and pocket it...This mini vacation was good Because of friends and us being together which only matters As we will always remember this one...But If I came down here with just us I would have stopped payment and ran to some where else fast...This place has the nerve to charge what they charge for this horrible, run down...
