Disclaimer: This is a review for the new Taco Bell location over by the new Reasor's.
So there I was. It was late, a little past ten o'clock, and I had just gotten off work after a ten hour shift with no break. And I was hungry. My sister says she will drive me to the restaurant of my choice, and my hunger moves me into the direction of tacos. I tell her the taco bueno by the new reasor's should do nicely. But as we pull up, I see in the distance a light, a bright purple bell that brings to mind the age-old saying "Yo quiero Taco Bell!" I tell her to make a turn and begrudgingly she does. We pull up and I scan the menu, my mind longing for the time lost when I could still purchase a Sri Racha Quesarito. But that will be for another night. My stomach growls as I ask for the beefy box whatever and 2 soft tacos supremes, with a baja blast to wash it down. We pull up to the window, and there, shining behind the glass, is Barb, a woman probably named so because not even barbed wire could hold her back. she opens the window and takes my money. She's a delight. She cracks a few jokes and we share a few laughs, but I know she can see the hunger in my eyes. In a mere two and a half minutes, my food is out the window, and as she hands me the bag I can't help but take the time to appreciate that not all heroes wear capes. We drive off, and though I promised I would wait till we got home, I can't. The lure of the soft taco supreme is too much. I bite into the warm tortilla and my mouth explodes with the flavor of the well seasoned beef product, the soft crunch of the crisp lettuce, with the creaminess in the sour cream to make it just perfect. I don't even bother with hotsauce on her, tonight she is perfect the way she is. As I type this, I still have a loco taco whatever sitting in my box, just waiting to be unwrapped and devoured like the hungry beast I am. I am well. I am nourished. I am happy, thanks to Taco Bell.

Read moreThis particular location seems to get my order right only about 1 out of every 5 visits. If my daughter didn’t like this place so much and request it often, I wouldn’t come here at all. Last night, I went through the drive thru and saw that they were featuring their nachos this month so we ordered some only to be very disappointed. They actually got my order right this time as far as no items were missing surprisingly but when I got home and saw that the nachos didn’t have any meat on them and they had this big blob of refried beans right in the center, not spread out like they should be, a little bit of cheese and sour cream and a pile of tomatoes, I wanted to go back and tell them to remake them because they were so pathetic looking (I am posting a pic of them on here) but who wants to go through all of that after working all day and just wanting to eat and relax before work comes again the next morning?!? No one! They advertise these perfect nachos on their menu with a big picture and then the actual nachos that you end up getting look nowhere near like what they are advertising. After a long day, people want to just get their dinner, they want it to be right and decent looking and not have to worry about either taking something back or settling for the taco you got on the side as your meal and being left hungry because the staff can’t put any effort into making your food decent! If it was their food they were making, I guarantee those nachos would not come out looking anywhere near that! With as expensive as fast food is these days, you expect the food to be decent and made correctly. Well, lesson learned...we will never order the...
Read moreThe management here needs to teach their crew how to clean a bathroom. The toilet was filthy with brown spots all on the inside of the bowl. The tables were dirty. The floors looked like they hadn't been mopped in a long while. I have attached pictures of the nacho cheese sauce, it is visibly not full. My partner ordered a double beef burrito, but he received a double rice burrito. I ordered sour cream on my burrito and it came lumped onto one side of it. In fact the burrito's ingredients were so segregated that it reminded me of the United States before the civil Rights movement. I was also shorted on my avocado sauce packets that were supposed to come with my meal. The service and atmosphere were incredibly unimpressive, especially considering how much these food items cost now. I don't recommend this Taco Bell. I understand that Taco Bell does not pay their frontline employees enough for them to care, but the company has the money to do so with the high prices they are charging. Taco...
