My friends and I have been visiting your property for several years, and our annual trip has always been something we look forward to. However, our most recent experience was incredibly disappointing and left us quite heartbroken.||||We stayed for four nights and, as always, ensured that our cottage was left in excellent condition — cleaner than when we arrived. Throughout our stay, we paid premium rates and treated the property with respect, as we have done in previous years.||||At checkout, we were shocked to learn that we would not be welcome back next year. The young ladies at the front desk have always been kind and professional, but during checkout, we encountered a staff member whose approach felt unnecessarily unpleasant. We were told that our dogs were the cause of other dogs barking, yet nearly the entire property was filled with pets. What made this even more upsetting was being told that members of our own group had reported us — a statement my group has firmly denied.||||In the four nights and five days we were there, no one approached us with any concerns or complaints about our dogs’ behavior. The first and only time this was brought to our attention was at checkout, after we requested to make our reservation for next year.||||I fully understand that yours is a family-run business and respect the right to set policies. However, the way this situation was handled left us feeling unwelcome and unfairly judged. Hospitality should make guests feel comfortable and valued, and sadly, this experience fell...

This is not a luxury hotel, but we had a family reunion requiring multiple bedrooms. This hotel met and exceeded our expectation. We stayed at the Rancho Reposo suite and a large living room greeted us upon entry. The coded keypad entry also made it convenient for everyone to gain access to the room. Each room comes with one king size or two beds, but is kind of cramped. The large private front yard comes with BBQ pits and picnic tables and benches. The picnic tables and benches being exposed to the elements were dusty and had some bird droppings but the maintenance guy came quickly to clean it up after we called the lobby. A bench placed at one corner of the yard provided a great setting for family pictures. Continental breakfasts are offered in the office lobby. Along the way to the lobby is a huge communal lawn area with benches and decorated with huge rocking chairs, wooden soldiers, etc. that our grandchildren enjoyed very much. The private driveway to the suite has 4 parking spaces and ample places along the road for overflow parking. It only takes 10 minute to walk from the hotel to Asilomar State Beach. Also the staffs from the cleaning ladies to the receptionist at the lobby were...

We choose the Andril Fireplace Cottages in Pacific Grove as we were in town for the ATT Pro Am February 2024. It was convenient to downtown PG restaurants, shopping and shuttle to Pebble Beach. The King room cottage was perfect for 2 of us. It had a Keurig coffee pot, and some basic bowls plates and utensils. Cold cereal, rolls, juice available in the office. Snacks in afternoons. There was a nice size mini fridge, and microwave. The heat comes from the gas fireplace, and we really appreciated how cozy the room was on a cold and rainy week. It was nice to have the fridge and we stocked up at the market with breakfast foods, salads. Recommend Trader Joe's or Andronicos for markets. The staff members were very attentive, kind and provided great service. Our entry way was fenced and had a bbq and small cafe table for sitting outside. We did not have our dog on this trip, but noticed lots of walking areas and trails nearby for that. Will definitely be back here! Gorgeous area with big trees really makes it feel remote.

Can't say enough nice things about the property. It is family owned and operated. Each cabin or room is different. We stayed in the king studio room. Having a refrigerator and kitchen was helpful to limit eating out with a restricted diet. There were patios for most of the cabins and ours had a balcony with outdoor eating area. Each cabin also had a grill and there was a large centrally located gas grill for larger parties. Coffee maker with coffee and microwave popcorn were included. They also had free movies and lending library in the lobby, as well as coffee and tea, plus grab and go snacks (free). The property is dog friendly and had a large yard for families and pets to play. It is located across from Asilomar and close to the Pacific Grove golf course. We will definitely be back. It is a great place for larger groups or multiple family groups to gather.

This place is the best. We needed to find a place that took dogs. And booked a room for a couple nights. Our cottage was perfect. A fireplace, kitchen, and small backyard for the dogs to roam. Kitchen is very small to cook and use but we managed. The only let down was our fridge, it didnt keep things quiet as cold as we'd liked but luckily we didnt have a bunch of stuff just drinks (that still needed ice after being in the fridge for 2 days) but all in all the place was lovely. We will be back another day with our dogs. Staff in the office was very nice and oh they have complimentary snacks anytime for us guests, and small items for breakfast (cereal, yogurt, granola bars, danishes and keurig coffee in the office) even doggy treats anytime. And there's a hot tub on the grounds, NO POOL we didnt use it.
