We stayed at the BelleVue in late February 2022 for 4 nights. Pool area gets 5 stars, room gets 3 stars!||||Pros: Beautiful outdoor space. The pool and spa is meticulously maintained. Comfortable seating around the pool. Very quiet and relaxing (adults only.) The landscaping is gorgeous, with lots of annuals and mature trees around the property providing ample shade. We loved having our own little patio at both the front and back door! There's a putting green out back - interesting feature if that's your thing. Our king size bed was comfortable and our couch provided nice seating for us to watch TV in the evening. The shower was pretty nice. Plenty of warm water and good flow. ||||Cons: The room was rather spartan. With the exception of a few leftover hairs in the bathroom, it was very clean. It happens. No biggie. But they could do a few things to make the rooms much more enjoyable that wouldn't cost much money. Couple suggestions: provide real coffee cups and beverage cups, maybe a few wine glasses. The guests who had the kitchenette rooms said they had real ones in their rooms. Why not put them in the King rooms as well? A box of tissues? We bought one at Albertsons. Then it occurred to me to ask the front desk person if they had any and he promptly grabbed one from storage. Just put one in the room! There was no dresser in our room. Considering we were staying for 4 nights, it would be nice to be able to unpack our clothes. One luggage rack that I used and then my husband put his bag on the floor. We had one of those IKEA like cube storage units that our TV sat on. That was the only thing to store items on during our stay. The bathroom was fine, but a little tired. A new vanity would be nice. There was no counter space. Foot stools or a coffee table? We had a Keurig, but they gave us one regular K-cup and one decaf. Seemed strange. We had to ask for more each day. A rug over the tile floor would be nice too. ||||Location is about a 20-25 minute walk from the main downtown area on Palm Canyon Drive. Not a big deal. Nice quiet neighborhood, but we ended up driving into town most days. Parking at the hotel was easy. There's a Starbucks within 15 minutes walking distance. ||||They are a very hands-off staff. Not much interaction. The friendliest person we encountered was the nice guy who cleaned the pool. ||||Would I stay again? Maybe. We really enjoyed sitting around the pool and meeting the other guests. But a few little additions to the room would make a big difference. It's cheaper than staying right off Palm Canyon, but it's still not cheap at $300 per night. You would think for that price they could do a little more...

Read moreLet me just say it is not as pictured on the advertisement. I have stayed at much better and cleaner places for the same price. The management can use better hospitality training and the cleanliness is horrible (the towels were dirty, dirty stains on sheets and the bed kept splitting apart) we let the manager/owner Adam know that we wanted our room Changed as it was filthy and not the room I paid for..it said their was a kitchen but I instead of a kitchen there was an old dirty microwave on basically the floor in a closet and a smelly refrigerator that blocked out view of the television. Also the bed that was supposed to be a king was really two twin beds pushed together with a king-sized pillow topper that kept splitting if you laid anywhere near it..I have photos and videos that I will be posting to yelp and other travel pages. We couldn't even watch a movie bc the internet kept cutting out every few minutes. We let the management know we just wanted to leave and we wanted a refund for the false advertisement but he said he doesn't make money that way but he offered that we could leave and if he was able to sale the room he would give us back 10percent!!! Ughh we felt like hostages instead of guests!!! The next day after having to reach out to management yet again he finally moved us to the correct room but it should have been done immediately the day before. We love going to Palm Springs but this was our first and last time using this site to book any rooms ever again and have already let my followers, friends and family know how horrible it all was. We did our best to make the most of it and went in the jacuzzi but it did not make up for the horrible way we were treated and refused the refund we deserved and asked for 20mins after arriving i. The first place!!! Horrible just horrible and we still want our refund for having to endure the rudeness of the management Adam and the horrible way we were made to feel when it was dirty in this time of covid-19 and we initially worried for our health a nightmare I hope none of you guy's have to experience what we did. Please if you want to have a good time there are much much better options than this hotel has definitely and indefinitely lost my business and...
