If you are looking for a small, intimate, clothing optional, gay resort to stay at in Palm Springs - look no further. Michael and Steven have run the Inn for 20 years and have an incredibly loyal clientele who choose to stay no where else! Skip the trendy resorts popular with the LA crowd and the like if you want to just chill, meet some great guys from all over, and enjoy the beauty of PSP. There's plenty of time to be "trendy" when the sun goes down and you are out on the town. An added bonus is watching the road runners come to be fed in the afternoon - something that has been happening for years. If the road runners find tranquility at the Triangle Inn, I am certain you will, too!

Pros: Good central location away from traffic but not far to Arenas or other activities. The continental breakfast was nice. The employee that cleans the rooms does a great job! Pool and grounds were pretty and kept quite tidy. Negatives: Our room had a bit of a musty or wet dog smell, but this may be the norm for the climate. A manager walked the grounds smoking, including within the outdoor breakfast/kitchen area and around the grounds.

My boyfriend and I really like this place. We’ve been here twice and will be back in November. The property is pretty…lots of lush plants and trees. The hosts are fully present and accommodating; the daily breakfast is perfect with lots of choices. Cameron kept our room clean and fully stocked. If you’re looking for a relaxing and fun time, you’ll find it here.

Negative first.. at times the music was uncomfortably loud by the pool and the common area. I, personally, came there to Palm Springs to relax and escape the loudness of the big city. I wanted more than anything to hear the palms rustle in the big winds we were having. The music is constant all day and I'm not sure when or if it went off. We are party Gay, but we also need some quiet time. However, I heard one person saying the music had gone dim or "limp". So, opinions differ.

Positives..I became enamored with the 1960s ambiance here. From the art deco i-beam structure and exposed faux rock to the old and quaint (but fully updated) room, we had our front door open enjoying the peaceful fountain outside. We discovered a whole closet full of books and board games. I just thought those were precious ideas.

The grand spectacle of Triangle Inn could most definitely be the location, in that, it sits just below a majestic mountain range. The pool area is bathed in the warmth of the sun until you watch it slowly sink behind the great peak. Nothing compared to that view, in my opinion.

I loved the grounds which seemed immaculate with many different varieties of flora. Also, many different birds can be seen (and heard when the loud music is toned down). All things seemed well-kept and not neglected at all. I can't say enough about the pool area and the view of the mountain. I got mostly exactly what I wanted from the trip at Triangle Inn.

My room was ultra quiet in the nighttime hours and I slept well. Everyone seemed very respectful of others in terms of noise and not bothering others inappropriately.

Palms sway here. It was 105 degrees with great gusts in late April and early May. I encountered friendly people everywhere. I will...

Wonderful place to stay in Palm Springs! It’s cozy and the atmosphere is more like you’re chilling in someone’s back yard vs a resort/hotel because you literally are! I appreciate that the owners live onsite. It’s apparent in the way they care for the property and interact with the guests throughout the day. |The rooms are super clean. I stayed in a Jr Suite and loved that it had a full kitchen. I happily made myself dinner one night… further adding to the feeling of being in someone’s home. |As far as the pool, it’s pretty large. As deep as 7ft. Clean & well maintained. Complete with a jacuzzi and outdoor shower. I’ve seen properties with much smaller pools for the max number of rooms/guests. I really like not being on top of each other… once more adding to the atmosphere like you’re at someone’s home.|Adjacent to the pool is a patio area stocked with waters & beverages. It’s a”pay by honor” system and very convenient. It’s also where they lay out a light breakfast each morning with a variety of delicious local bagels, packaged pastries, cereal bowls, yogurt, fruit cups & the applicable fixings along side fresh coffee or chilled drinks. |Mind you, this resort caters to a very specific clientele. Make sure you do your research and review their website to get those details. But even having said that, the caliber of guests they attract is far less “party” and more social and laidback. |Overall I’ll continue...

I normally don't post reviews at places I stay at when I'm on vacation but I wanted to make an exception this time. First, the location is great. It's more or less a mile away from downtown so it's a walkable distance from all the restaurants and nightlife. It felt very safe, secure, and quiet at night where the inn was situated. The whole place was so beautiful and lush, just like if not better than the pictures online. The room was SO much bigger than I thought, and I had the jr suite. The room was very well-kept and clean. Service was excellent. The owners were more than happy to provide any suggestions and recommendations and were available to assist at a moment's notice. Overall, this experience was definitely a bang for the buck. A lot of other resorts like this are either very overpriced or not well maintained. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to stay at a place that's reasonably priced, well maintained, organized, and cleaned, and in a great safe location. I will definitely return here the next time I'm back in...
