Do not order using any app they will lie And if they’re not busy, they will close early And you will be placing your order through whatever app I am an Uber driver. I arrived here to pick up an order that was placed at 6:53 PM. I arrived at 7:04 And the door was locked A woman with shoulder length brown hair Open the door after I knocked repeatedly and told me that she did not accept any Uber eats orders. I had the order in front of me and showed it to her. She told me to cancel it. I told her that it was not my responsibility and that it would affect my cancellation rating and it’s not fair to the customer and that they should fulfill the order because the store hours were listed as open and nothing got done. The door was shut on my face and unfortunately, this impacted my Uber Driver rating. The customer who was waiting for their food and I never got paid for the gas and time I spent driving there and then the time I spent on the phone with Uber Support, which is worthless these days I am extremely disappointed and would never recommend anyone order out from this place as they will lie and do not put a priority on deliveries The order should’ve been ready when I arrived. Well, to start I ordered that our dinner to go towards the end of their shift sure but the stuffed shells had bad ricotta cheese in it. You could smell it immediately. When you open the container the pizza was swimming and oil, and the garlic bread was soft and it seems like it had been sitting there half the day we ordered a margarita pizza and got a cheese pizza just overall the very very sad situation. Very sad. Dinner used to be different. very sad will be calling. Will be calling the manager tomorrow to talk to them. We couldn’t call back immediately because you guys were closed so you’re lucky I couldn’t call back immediately and I live in Desert Hot Springs. I’m a local so therefore I couldn’t have brought it right back. It’s a long drive. You can make all the sorry excuses you want for your crappy food and you’re horrible service, but the customer is always right so don’t try and argue this with me. I’ve worked in the industry quite some time. You guys need to pull your pull together and stop making excuses and just accept the fact that you’ve messed up and make it right...
