Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Palm Springs

Placed my order in the drive through, everything was okay until I asked where was my sauce. Then it became an issue. At first the man at the window was already handing me my food but when I discovered my sauces weren't in the bag the manager refused to give me sauce for my burger. They had already okayed the sauce I requested and then refused to give them to me because their policy says they charge for sauce. Apparently your not allowed sauce for your burgers if I can't have a meal and enjoy it properly with honey mustard I'm not just gonna except that and leave unhappy. Also I'm not gonna add another small charge to my acct and unbalance my card with $1.00 charge, so I asked for a total refund of my $45.00 and took my hard earned money to McDonald's. It was unfortunate because I wasn't in palm springs for fun I was visiting my husband in the hospital who is fighting for his life after a near fatal car accident and my kids were hungry but thanks a lot Jack's for not bringing some peace of mind to my family. You made a bad day even worse. Never again would I go back to this location and you took the food back with all of our germs that we got from the hospital good move on your part smart choice with covid going around and you didn't toss it you handed it to another customer. Why do you have the dining room closed before 8pm? I did a online order from Motel 6 I was staying at next-door. Just a few minutes after 7pm. Then proceed to walk over and figured I would sit down inside and have my dinner there. But when I arrived just a few minutes after 7pm the dining room doors were locked ! Why so early not even 8pm? Luckily one of the workers inside did bring my order to the door and gave it to me. Even allowed me to purchase a drink. Did asked if I could please eat inside as I did walk over but said no. Was not even 8pm and the chairs in the dining room were still on the floor. Thought dining room was supposed to be open till 8pm. When I got back and started to eat the tacos I ordered looked like they had been dropped on the floor all broken in pieces and the jumbo Jack was flooded with dressing looked like 3 times to much. And the Diet Root beer soda very poor flavor like the soda mix was out. What a disappointing dining experience I had at this location. But was nice that worker did allow me to pick up order at ft door. Still dining room should have been open as posted on the web site till 8pm.. would not...

Stopped in drive-thru at this location for what will now be my last ever visit here. I was missing a Double Jack and a Chicken sandwich which was half of my order. I felt rushed while checking my bag and accidentally tossed my receipt not thinking twice about missing an item. Got home realized half my order was missing, called to no answer a few times. Drove back from the north side of town and was greeted by we are closed, Tonight we closed at 10:50, I said you forgot half my order, I was asked for my receipt which I said I accidentally threw it away and I was told without my receipt there was nothing they could do.

Morale of the story, check your bags, and hang onto your dam receipts I can guarantee the same will happen to you. Unfortunately this has happened several times over the last couple years that something or things where forgotten (which I’ve previously just brushed off).
