Updated June 2023 it looks like the remodel refresh has been completed this time I got a room on the third floor in the main part of the resort. Here's a list of pros and cons. cons although there was recently a refresh the carpet in the hallway has stains on it , there is a fair amount of noise transfer from the hall into the units I can readily hear doors open and close from other units when I'm in mine. Other than that there does not appear to be a lot of noise transfer between the walls. The main living area which would be living room dining space is small even by timeshare Resort standards. The additional bath is also fairly small. There were some minor issues with cleanliness such as someone left a drink in the freezer which was not cleaned out when the room was cleaned and there are smudges and marks on the headboard and a few other places which in general leaves me wondering about the overall cleanliness of the unit. The electric aor possibly gas fireplace in the unit did not work I'm not sure if it was turned off for the summer months . And a couple of attempts to call the front desk from my unit we're met with no answer from the front desk. The resort and unit is attempting to have a mid-century modern vibe however the dining table is clearly a replacement for the original and does not meet the aesthetic at all it stands out quite a bit . On the pro side : as mentioned there is a mid-century modern vibe that has the pleasing colors of Aquas and Blues the artwork on the walls is consistent with that and pleasing . The bedroom and attached bath are both quite large especially the attached bath . That bath is surprisingly large. There is a deck which is also quite large and comes with your own personal gas barbecue grill. Overall my impression of and experience with the resort is better this time as last time was not good at all and the resort probably should have been shut down for the remodel . But I do know that thefront desk closes at 11:00 and the front doors locked so I wonder what would happen for those that have late flights and want to check in later, it may be a similar situation to what I experienced last time. Original review My flight was delayed so I arrived late I found the lobby closed the buzzer was not responded to and I called the main line but got no answer. I was able to push open the lobby doors and gain entry but could not find anyone to help me. The building was undergoing some sort of renovation so it was basically an occupied. I'd. After wandering around calling out to find someone eventually a security guard arrived and gave me my key card. He did not explain very well where I needed to drive to find my building this resulted in me getting lost. Eventually I found the building on the back with pull up street parking not an actual parking lot. It was a one story string of rooms which looked very much like a motel. It was a corner unit unfortunately all the windows looked directly out onto the street which gave no privacy. The unit itself was OK I believe it had been recently refreshed with newer carpet and flooring it had high ceilings however the bathroom fixtures weyesterday we're older and dingy. The next morning I went back to the lobby to get my wristband and my wristband and check out the exercise room exercise room. The whole area smelled of cigar smoke. The workout room is small but has some equipment I'm equipment the pool area looks fairly nice the water...

The Bad: It doesn't seem to be very convenient to walk to things except for Denny's, which is right next door.
The front door is kept open, so the lobby can be a bit warm, and the worst place was the hallways walking to your room from the elevator. There is a fan attached to the wall at the end of the hallway to circulate some air but being that, we came on a weekend that it was a 112we really felt whenever we left the room. That's it. 🥰
THE GOOD: I think what turned out to be the best were the 2 gals at the front desk and the concierge.
They were very friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and just went the extra mile to help us out anytime we asked.
They felt like friends in-house, and being that I have a background in the hospitality industry, I noticed this and wanted to be sure that management knows.
Also, on the 3rd day, I started using a wheelchair for a portable chair. The concierge came out to check on me and asked if I was ok and showed concern. He literally left the building to come out and check on me in the parking lot, so I thought that was very kind of him.
It's very peaceful, it's very quiet. The pool is quite large and very clean 9 foot deep, no diving board. The hot tub was large as well. They have a disability lift to lower people into the hot tub.
The property is very clean and I saw an employee out early in the morning checking on the pool. The hot tub, all things outside, just making sure he did an absolutely excellent job.
There are plenty of chairs and coverings to sit under, and there is a 1 a 1/2 feet deep tot pool, also a smoking area with a couple of chaise chairs.
In the game room is a ping pong table, A place to sit and color and plenty of games. you can check out from the front desk. It seemed very safe, and I felt comfortable leaving my girls in there to play.
The accommodations in the rooms are to be expected. Kitchen ware, bedding, washer and dryer.
Safeway and Stater brothers are about a mile and a 1/2 away, and there is a 711 close by as well. I was told downtown is about a mile as well in the other direction.
And if I remember correctly, the airport is around 3 miles away. I could see planes taking off from my balcony.
Oh, yes, and the balconies are fairly large with propane grills on them, which was nice.
My unit had 2 sliding glass doors, one in the bedroom and 1 in the living room.
I don't know what the occupancy was during our stay, but the parking lot seemed to be pretty full of cars, so they had a decent amount of guests but I did not hear people coming and going in the hallway which is always fabulous.
We also never heard anyone in the rooms next to us, and it was very quiet in the morning to sleep in.
The beds were very comfortable, and the shower worked fine.
What I say again? Absolutely. Would I recommend this location? Absolutely?
I would say it has been very relaxing, very accommodating and a...

Photos and descriptions on the property website are deceiving. ||The pros: ||The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. There are activities offered like all other WorldMark properties. The game room and fitness center are small.||There is a small “market” in the lobby that offers cold beverages, snacks and a few sundries.||The property is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to Downtown Palm Springs where you can find many restaurants, Walk of Stars, galleries and selfie opportunities.||The pool is easily accessible and the hot tub is large. The pool and hot tub are the best part of this property. ||The cons:|The condos are very small. We have stayed at many WorldMark properties and this is by far the smallest and least impressive. ||We booked a two-bedroom unit. There’s a love seat and one chair in the living area. To access the Murphy bed, you have to move the sofa, coffee table and chair. Extremely inconvenient. ||The kitchen is tiny. Although the fridge and range are standard size, the dishwasher is not full sized. There is little cupboard space to put away groceries and little counter space. ||The master bath has NO storage. The tub could use a good deep clean. There is a door in the master bedroom to the hall. There is no soundproofing and you can hear everything and everyone in the hall. ||The second bathroom is located by the front door away from the second bedroom and the stacked washer and dryer are in that bathroom.||There is no utility closet in a common space. A small floor sweeper and other cleaning equipment are located in the second bedroom closet. The closest also has a small chest of drawers inside which takes up a lot of space. ||The layout of these units is weird and really isn’t efficient or esthetically pleasing . It might work for a night or two, but six adults in this two-bedroom unit for a week is crammed and uncomfortable. WorldMark did a poor job converting the hotel to condo. ||Overall, we’ve been a bit disappointed with the unit, but the pool, employees and getting together with family have helped make our stay...
