I wish I could give Phylum 10 stars!! It is an absolutely gorgeous oasis of bespoke gifts, design, and home goods. From the second I stepped into the beautiful, manicured space I was in love with it. Every time I thought I had found the most amazing thing in the store, I turned around to find another gem. The owner, Jory, is passionate about both the merchandise and his customers, and it shows. I asked him what his favorite item in the store was, and it was clear I had just asked him to pick a favorite child!! The staff and owner clearly truly love this store and everything in it, and they are there to help you find the thing that you most love! The items in this store are clearly curated on many levels; there was not a thing in the shop I wouldn't love to have in my home, or wouldn't love to gift to someone. Thank goodness for the free shipping (with amazing gift wrap!) so that I could bring home everything I wanted! Phylum is must whether you live in the Coachella Valley or you are just visiting Palm Springs. Simply the best mid-century and modern home decor and outstanding customer service. Always friendly, and always helpful and resourceful. Unique, fresh and always something new with their variety of merchandise.

Their customer service is extraordinary. We ordered a large popular rug for our home outside the United States. After it was delivered, we noticed there was a significant manufacturing defect— an aberration because we had purchased several of these rugs for our home in Palm Springs before.

Leslie, Eric and the amazing team at Phyllum worked hard to make it right coordinating with their manufacturer on the East Coast, and making arrangements to get it shipped to us internationally. Throughout the process, the team at Phyllum was proactive and responsive with regular updates.

Simply the best customer experience. We can’t recommend this place more.

I live in San Diego, but we visit Palm Springs once a year and stopping by this store has become one of our favorite rituals. I love their candles. I always have to get a 9:15 D'Orsay and I splurged on a nice robe this last year. I'm probably one of their less profitable customers (they sell some very nice/high things), but they always treat me like I'm VIP as I shop for my little annual luxuries. Recently my friend was bummed that he didn't buy something he really wanted. I called the store and they not only helped me find the product, but wrapped it and shipped from LA because it was too hot to ship candles from Palm Springs. I told them they didn't need to go out of their way (it was only a $30 beard oil and a candle), but they insisted it was no problem. I could honestly say so many more nice things about this store. It's such a nice experience to shop at Phylum. I highly recommend...
