Yes, I realize that my photos contain 0% milkshake. I'm sorry. We had already consumed the entirety of ours by the time I decided to write this review. (Edit: this deficiency was resolved via a subsequent visit.)

This newly-opened dessert joint is terrific. The franchise owner, Max, is supremely friendly (and hardworking; he was standing side by side with the others taking orders). You can try a sizable piece of any of their chocolate bark concoctions completely free before ordering — and I strongly recommend you partake in the S'mores bark.

The milkshakes are, predictably, amazing. I got the raspberry chocolate shake as that's my personal favorite dessert pairing. There are little bits of chocolate and raspberry floating within, topped by a chocolate fudge stripe near the top, and finally, a delicious chocolate triangle perched atop a mountain of whipped cream. Unlike the comically large milkshakes you see at a place like The Yard, though, these are less about flashy showmanship and more about actual taste—and, you don't have to figure out what the heck you're going to do with five Mason jars once you're finished.

The employees were all friendly and the place is clean and attractive. It's also conveniently located minutes from the beachfront resorts. You literally have no excuse not to make a trip. We will probably be returning before...

So, i went on milkshake factory on saturday they were about to close and they were packed nobody had a frown on there face they were actually really nice there was this girl she had braids in her hair she was doing the register and this man ordered and asked her “ can you put my name under moo and have them say it loud like a cow” and she smiled really big and said yes she told her coworkers to do it and everybody laugh so she asked one of them to do the register while she gave him his shakes and said “MOOOO” and man did everybody laugh but that’s what it’s all about making people happy everyone was smiling and laughing! If you haven't been yet, you are missing out! The minute you walk in the door you are greeted with smiles of eager staff that genuinely make sure that your experience is memorable. Samples of all of the different chocolates were offered, all were mouth-watering amazing! The boxed chocolates are perfect for gifts ideas, if they make it home. Then the milkshakes...decisions. I recommend to just go ahead and get two. The salted caramel pretzel and the bananas foster shake are absolutely ridiculous 😋 Definitely will go again. Edit: The mint chocolate and s'more's shake are also to die for...oh, and the chocolate covered...
