Absolutely the worst tacobell I've ever been too! After placing an online order and waiting in line for over an hour, the manager and one other woman ( out of the three total workers that were there). Rudely came to the window declaring that we skipped the line and that they didn't have our order. We tried our best to explain to them that we didn't skip the line and that we were told to come to the window after we checked in with the person who was on the speaker. Who, after getting to the window repeated a different order than ours. To which we said that that was not ours, that we had an online order. She then tells us that they were out of beef, so we asked if we could swap the meat out for a different meat. And thats when all hell broke out from the other two women (one was the manager) both came to the window completely rude and yelling at us. We did our best to try and explain to them that we have the order pulled up on our phones to try and help them find our order, and that we did not skip the line, but it was to no avail. Unfortunately the two women were at this point yelling and calling us drunk and threatening to call the cops. (Which no one in the vehicle was drunk nor were we drinking) Their actions and how they treated us were completely unhinged and over the top with extreme disrespect and disregard. We waited patiently for over an hour, and we were willing to wait that because we understood that having a fast food restaurant open late right after a major music festival ended, was going to be busy. I completely understand that having only three employees while it's insanely busy can cause alot of stress on them. But to be threatened and wrongfully accused of something, especially when trying to explain that we have the right store and the order on our phones to try and help allivate some of the stress off of them, was completely uncalled for! After that whole stressful ordeal, I asked if I could have corporates number. To which the "manager" replied that she doesn't have it, I then tried to explain that all corporate stores have a corporate number. Also, to which she replied "then go find it" and to "please get her fired, because she doesn't want to work there" "why are yall (the three other people who were in the vehicle with me) coming their so late" (again, we just left a major concert festival and they were the only few options left open, so we preordered and waited in line for over an hour). Again, I completely understand being under alot of stress when you're understaffed and overwhelmed with business. But to instantaneously go to that degree of disrespect is astonishing and unbelievable! I completely understand if we were being rude, but we weren't. My company and I all work/or have worked in the service industry so thats why we were patient ( we understand things like this can happen) . Thankfully we are from out of town so that we will hopefully never have to endure this level of rudeness/disrespect again from this location! I truly hope that these two women were just having a terrible day and we just ended up being the ones they just so happened to lash out on. But, even then...it is just unacceptable to work in a customer service industry and lack the major part of having a job/position like that. I truly hope this gets handled in the professional manner that this late night shift needs for this location. There's no telling just how many people they did the same thing to tonight, let alone, to anyone else. Also, out of the three employees there, only the first woman (who was also the one we first met at the window) was the only one who was nice and even while being under so much pressure she was amazing! The other two, however where completely out of line to us for no reason. I truly hope this review helps anyone (especially if you are from out of town) in the decision on where to go for...
Read moreOK ! It just goes from bad to worse !!!! This place seriously needs to be Exorcized by a band of priests . My order was for 5 breakfast burritos . 2 with cheddar cheese and 3 with nacho cheese ..and I asked them to mark the once’s with. Cheddar .,when I received them , 2 were marked ( -nacho cheese) I asked why and the clerk said the cooks don’t understand English very well .. so when I get home and open each burrito , there was ABSOLUTELY NO CHEESE on any of the burritos . 5 out of 5 and no cheese. Of any kind. Apparently no one at this Taco Bell understands English. Plus , their actions are very similar to the walking dead.. all always look miserable and in a fog and no one ever smiles. .
Went to Taco Bell this morning for breakfast .I Used the drive through as I always do and was greeted with Good Morning , can I help you., so I proceeded to place my order.. I said I’d like 2 breakfast burritos with American cheese and 3 breakfast burritos with nacho cheese , and I’d like the ones with American cheese in a separate bag. The girl that was taking my order , advised me that they do not have breakfast burritos . I said since when? She replied , since never. I said I’m looking at it on the menu board. She replied, sir we sell grilled cheesy sausage and egg burritos. I said , do you serve them all day long ? She said no , only till 10:30. I said then they’re for breakfast , which would make them breakfast burritos ? Right? No reply, so I drove to the pick up window . I asked if there was a problem. Again I was advised that they do not sell breakfast burritos . I had to explain to her that the grilled cheesy sausage and egg burrito would be fine . And when someone asks for a breakfast burrito , in most cases it would be for the grilled cheesy sausage and egg burrito. Right ? She said , sir, we do not sell breakfast burritos. Now I have been to this Taco Bell at least 75 times or more , and have never run into this type of situation . I find it funny but sad that the ability to think seems to fail most workers at fast food restaurants. I made a purchase at another store awhile back and my bill came to 97 cents and that was with tax. I handed him a dollar and the register opened then shut off. I waiting for my change . After a minute I asked the clerk if I could have my 3 cents change., he said the register needs to reset and he doesn’t know how much change to give till the register tells him. I said my bill is 97 cents , I just gave you a dollar , you owe me 3 cents . He looked at me like I was from Mars. I just left . It wasn’t worth the trouble., maybe schools should have classes on common...
Read moreIt was hard to accept the fact that Pollo Tropical was moving out from this establishment. Still, I was thankful to have a Taco Bell replacing them. I can honestly say, I will not be going to this Taco Bell after my most recent experience. The person which normally takes drive through orders every night is obnoxious, rude and disgusting. When I pulled up to place an order, I ordered a #1…I then recalled and told the employee that I had my home-made smoothie in the car still and so I told him to charge me for the #1 but that I did not need him to make me the fountain drink that comes with it. In a self-entitled manner; and as if he was going to pay for my tacos, he answered in a rude correction-tone toward me. He said “okaaaaay, so what you AAAACTUALLY meant to say is that you want THREEEEE TACOS ONLY vs a #1 meal.” I was in disbelief after I heard this tone of words from this person, because he made it seem as if he would be the one paying for my food and thus, I was an inconvenience. And thus, I said, you know what…I think I’m just going to go order take-out elsewhere, since you wanted to reply in such a rude manner. I was not completely done with my sentence when a second person came onto the driveway speaker and in a volume which seemed double-loud from the window guy, she said “OK…BYYEEEEEEE PENDEJA!!!!! LOOK AT YOUR UGLY ASS…(she said this as she and the drive-through man were laughing, sounding as if they were high on crack)…and by the way, “PENDEJA” is one of the most demeaning vulgar words to describe a “mentally-retarded human-being” I was in shock and began to record and told her and him that their manner of treating a costumer was unacceptable. The female employee then threatened me by saying she was going to call the cops “since I wanted to be RUDE!!” she stated. As a retired Armed Forces Service Member, I told that uneducated employee that I would wait in the drive-through for the cops to arrive, since she threatened to call them. However, several cars waiting behind me were approached by a person wearing a dark apron…after a few minutes, each car drove past me and began to place window orders and I saw them receive their orders. I called-on to the drive through speaker several times to let them know I would wait there until the “cops” showed up, since they threatened me with calling them…yet I was ignored for almost 20 minutes. I am in shock and I am appalled at the Port Orange “Taco Bell” establishment which replaced our Pollo Tropical of several years. It is a significant downgrade; not just a food downgrade but a downgrade of personnel. I will not be ordering “food” at this...
