Auntea Ha — Restaurant in Portland

This review is almost 3 years in the making! I've been going to Aunte Ha's almost since they first opened, and I can say with confidence this is my favorite boba place in all of Portland!

The tea is so delicious! It's not too sweet, and you can actually taste the tea, I feel like some other places will taste sugary and artificial, but Aunte Ha's tastes homemade. The boba is always fresh and chewy. I love getting seasalt milk foam, which adds the perfect touch of salty to my sweet drink. I included pictures of my favorite orders, thai tea with boba and seasalt milk foam, and the seasalt milk foam jasmine float. Both are so good! I usually mix them so that the flavors combine, but I like seeing the separate layers. They also sell reusable glass cups, which is great if you get tea often (which I do).

The atmosphere of the tea shop is so inviting. I can't even count the endless hours I spent there doing homework at the big table they have. The space is a great place to do get work done with a big window in the front of the shop to let in natural light.

Lastly the workers there are so amazing! The owner is so kind and personable. She makes an effort to get to know the people who frequent her shop and even remembers my go-to order! This is a small local business that consistently has good quality boba tea. I highly recommend coming in and...

I am currently sitting in the Bubble Bubble Tea in Beaverton, mildly regretting my decision because the last time I had Boba was at Auntea Ha.

It was exceptionally good, and the Boba was better than I have had anywhere. I've been all over the country so that says a lot coming from me.

If you don't even try the product and can't accept an apology for sincere and good practice decision making, I hope some day you get a one star review from your place of employment for having a bad hair day or some mediocre, meaningless decision you might make.

I am now going to take my whole family to Auntea Ha if they are open to get some better quality Boba. If you think I'm kidding, the fact that I seen this review is because we were as a family literally talking about how much better it was there. I can't wait to have it again, and I hope you find this review helps your decision making over the sad choice a disgruntled last minute customer made for business that has displayed impressive quality in a city full of mediocrity.

My FAVORITE Boba spot!!! Simply because their ingredients are fresh, few and REAL! Everyone complaining about the lack of selections are just the people who love their boba balls refrigerated for 24 hours and silicon dioxide powdered teas! THIS AINT THAT!! Their tea is REAL and everything is made FRESH! Quality over quantity! I love that they warn you about the bitterness of REAL fresh brewed TEA. If you want that fake shit go find the boba place with the walls lined with powdered ingredients!! I come weekly and get 50% sweetness each time when I normally don’t add sugar to any of my bag teas. So if you think you can handle the bitterness you’ve probably never had a strong, supremely authentic, tea. Customer service is always top tier! Even when people come in being disrespectful, they keep their kindness showing! If they run out near closing time congratulate them! Come earlier next time! They’re a small business. They make their ingredients with LOVE! My go to order is the lotus or jasmine with boba and sometimes coffee jelly at 50%! The kids like the Thai tea with coffee jelly...
