I feel like the staff are, well, for lack of a better way to describe it, not Caucasian friendly. I don't feel like this anywhere else I go and for some reason whenever I go to this location I feel very uncomfortable and I get The feeling that I'm not very welcome and I have no idea why because I've never had any problems here nor do I know any of them but I get the unfriendly looks from the staff and rude responses when asking to use the restroom. For example, two of the employees, in stereo, simultaneously said "you have to purchase something first" when I asked to use the restroom. I fully intended on buying something, I just really needed to use the restroom first. I guess this could be attributed to the type of people they have coming in there on a regular basis, day in and day out but, still they should be able to tell the difference by looking at me when I come in there and know that I'm not there to just abuse their bathroom or whatever else they have to deal with from particular customers. As for the rest of my review, there wasn't really anybody else in the restaurant and the bathroom was not clean to put it nicely. The customer service was one star at best, at least on that day. I honestly wish that my review could have been nicer but unfotunately I didn't really have a reason to give a nice review. It seems like their prices are higher at this location than others I have been to recently for the same...
Read moreThe girl working the window tonight (12/19/24) around 11:30 had the worst attitude. I don’t usually complain or write negative comments, but this girl was unbelievably rude for no reason. We had lost our card, I accidentally dropped it between the center console and seat. I was pretty apologetic and eventually just paid with my phone . After that, she had this very annoyed and belittling demeanor. We also had a couple of DoorDash orders to pick up that we mentioned through the drive-thru. She shut the window, and when I knocked to say I needed to pick up, she asked, 'For _?' I responded, 'Yes, and for _,' as I had two orders. She then repeated herself maybe four times, upset that I wasn’t saying the name she was asking for, or something. I was just answering 'yes,' and she talked to me like I was incompetent, slow and trying to get me to repeat her. Then she tried to tell me I needed to go around for my second order and wait out front, but her coworker behind her said, 'No, no, no, it’s ready.' She ignored him and tried to shut the window. I just said, 'No, I heard him, I’m going to wait.' annoyed with her at this point. The whole time, she had this petty smile. You could tell her coworkers were over her. super rude and disrespectful, really...
Read moreCynthia needs to find a new line of work. She is a very bad drive thru manager. If you historically run out of product & provide bad service, then call the customer a liar to their face, an argument WILL happen. She has way to much pride to be in the customer service industry. She could have deescalated the situation and offered a solution to the problem...INSTEAD OF... calling me a liar, starting an argument, making threats, and refusing service.
Thier was a caucasian gentleman working the window who was very sarcastic and did not seem to take his job seriously. I guess that's to be expected with fast food, but I think this location thrives on conflict and needs to be retrained ASAP. Thier's no excuse for this type of blatant disregard for standard operating procedures that should include the phrase...THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!! Not to be taken literally...that phrase means put your pride aside, deescalate, apologize, offer a solution, reassure, apologize again.
It takes fuel for a fire to burn, Cynthia lit the match, poored the gasoline. She's done it before and will do it again. How many times does this woman need to be dragged to court before she learns. Very disappointed in her and the gentleman working the window...
