Paid 4K for my adjustable bed and bed frame in March 2021 bed frame has been broken since June not one person has led me into the right direction on how to get this fixed through warranty!!! All the numbers are wrong. Never buy from mattress firm

Update 3 weeks later after being a total of months being screwed around no results! Will be contacting a lawyer for this unbelievable on how this whole situation has been handled! Wife is 7 monts pregnant and can’t get the bed frame fixed

🚨UPDATE! 🚨After a nightmare of trying to fix this, local store associate Dominic went above and beyond to get the job done. Sometimes it takes someone to just listen and care about their customers to get the job done! True leadership is when your higher ups aren’t willing to make things right and you take initiative to take this and put the customer first. Can’t thank you enough Dominic. BIG RIP OFF! I do not recommend this place at all! I bought a queen mattress that was too firm so I took it back. They wouldn't take it back, instead they would have someone pick it up for a fee PLUS charge me with a restocking fee which in the end, I would only get back HALF of what I actually paid! REALLY?? I buy mattress about every 5 years or so and I've never had this problem. I was allowed to swich out the firm mattress for another mattress but I would still be charged an extra $100 for them to pick up the firm one because they did not allow me to take it back myself. I made the mistake of not reading all the info that I was given. I believed the guy that told me I had 120 days to return or swich it out. Never did he mention the fees. Our trip to Mattress Firm in Pueblo proved to be a delight. In our experience, we only met one employee, however this employee had enough charm and warmth to warm the whole store. We were the only costumers at the time and Quentin's focus on us made feel truly served buy a professional. He was never pushy and asked plenty of questions to find out what my grandmother needed. She kind of worried that he was trying to upsell her, but when he came back from the inventory he brought exactly what she had asked for price and all! He put on his jacket and braved the cold to help us load the bed in the car. That is great customer service. My Grandmother is a talker so when we arrived home with the mattress, she was talking to our overnight company as if the employee was our family. He surely left a good impression.
