Osaka poke & ramen — Restaurant in Pueblo

This place has GREAT poke bowls, WHEN they actually have ingredients and food in stock that is! 3 of the last 4 times I've went to eat there they have been out of at least 4 or more of their main poke ingredients and the guy that seems to be in charge up front (the American guy that always wears a baseball cap) doesn't seem to care one bit. That and they RARELY stay open during their listed business hours, multiple times I've went anywhere from an hour and half to a half hour before the time they're supposed to close and they are always closed or are closing early.

I went tonight at 5 pm and they were out of salmon, tuna, snapper, seaweed salad, mosago, onions, tofu skin, and more! Out of literally 1/3rd of their ingredients and the guy working couldn't care less, he was more interested in continueing his conversation with the girl from the kiosk across the floor than restocking the food.

I REALLY like their food but it's getting hard to continue liking it when they don't have the food they advertise...

This place is so unprofessional!!! I was in there looking at the menu deciding what to order when two young kids approached the front counter I didn’t mind because I was still deciding but I couldn’t help but overheard there conversation with the cashier they said and I quote “let me get that cart” this caught my attention because why would two young kids ask for that especially from the worker well to my surprise the cashier handed them the vape and said to bring it back in 15 minutes this completely made me change my mind about ordering from here i mean get some decent people to work here especially when handling food ill never order from here ever again also I got the cashiers name it is Payton he was incredibly rude do...

Yesterday, we stopped by Osaka Poke and Ramen inside the Pueblo Mall and were really impressed and left so full! We couldn’t even get our pretzel😅

The child-sized ramen was actually a great portion and had great flavor! We ordered the spicy miso ramen and asked for the heat level to be very spicy! They use a habanero purée for the heat, and it delivered just the right kick without overpowering the flavors. Spicy food lovers will definitely enjoy it! Next time, I’ll try the crazy spicy!
