I normally enjoy the service here and their drinks are good. However, I went to order today at 5:20ish and the associate Valerie said they were closed for 10 to 15 minutes for cleaning but they would open back up before close. I went back within the 10 to 15 minute time frame and the associate said they were closed for the day. I originally tried to order my drink about 40 minutes before they were to close on a Sunday. I'm curious if the associates are trying to shut down early so they can clean and get out of there early? If so maybe you should change your hours or coach the employees on when to start the...
