I typically make my own Mexican food, thought id treat myself. Walked in and wasn’t told to be seated or sit down, so myself and my three guests sat down, man waiter greeted us and brought us menus. We all quickly got drinks and were able to order. I ordered the Barbacoa entree. If you know this type of meat. It typically smells amazing, nicely colored and has beautiful shredded meat. I posted a picture of what I expected. And what I received is the dark meat with tons of fat in it and smelt horrible. I told the waiter this is not good at all and I didn’t want it without even touching it, he told me there was nothing he can do, that’s what I ordered, I explained to him that, I’m sorry but this is not what I expected and I wasn’t going to eat it, he argued again “that is what you ordered” I explained again and asked for a manager. He stated he was the manager, so I asked for an owner, he tells me “she doesn’t speak English” so I said “yo si hablo Espanol” (I do speak spanish) and he quickly went to get the owner (I believe was her position) and she came a few minutes later did not introduce herself but gave us no grief, she was happy to replace the meat but still charged me for this disgusting looking meat but did not charge me for the new meat chosen that came with onion and jalapeño.

I personally don’t agree with the way this was handled and I didn’t appreciate the waiter/manager insulting me and arguing instead of helping with a solution. I definitely won’t be back. PAID $80 and didn’t get to eat with my guest and got over charged for what I actually ate. I...

Waitress brought us menus and said she thought it was someone else’s turn and left. She came back and said “we’ll I guess I’ll take your order”. Let’s start with the easiest thing. I asked for a beer with a lime and they brought it with a lemon. They would not add chicken to the burrito I wanted even though we offered to pay extra for the add. She said it was because the kitchen staff didn’t speak English. That’s not an excuse-that DOES NOT make them stupid! We ordered 2 different plates so we could combine the burritos to get what I originally wanted to order. Got the plates and there were beans in both burritos. Nothing on the menu said there were beans in them! I can’t eat beans!!! The relleno was undercooked. Chicharones were fair at best. My husbands tacos were with a lot of gristle to the point he had to spit out several bites (that’s not appetizing). The tamale masa was also undercooked. After all of this, they took 15% off the meal. We should have only paid for the drinks and 15% of the food since we left 85% of it!!!! WE WILL...

I ordered their combo fajitas to go tonight. I'm sorry but I think we can all agree, even in today's world, $25 for a single order of fajitas is outrageous. Since the post covid world started, this new practice of automatically adding a tip for to go orders is so annoying. Their system had a percentage already factored in for a tip, which was over $5. I had to manually go in and adjust it. Then on top of that you're going to charge 50 cents for "to go packaging" to an already overpriced order?

Personally I don't care since I don't eat them but for $25 there were also no chips in the bag.

I picked up at 7pm on a Tuesday night. I assume it's more busy when the buffet is going but it was totally dead. The outside is run down and the parking lot is beat. The inside looked nice and my food was good but I can't...

New Spot to try when in town! The Restruant is spacious and colorful, we were greeted and seated quickly, the server took drink orders and told us about the buffet pricing. The buffet is small with limited options but I found it more then enough to get your money’s worth. Tamales, enchiladas, chili Colorado, sopa de fideo, rice, beans, salad, menudo and pazole along with dessert items. The menudo is the best I’ve personally had in Pueblo. They also offer roasted Jalapeño if you request them, and if your looking for more spice ask for the Serrano or Pequin salsa (if available) made by the owner. Overall we enjoyed the food, atmosphere, service and the free sopapilla! I will definitely be returning!
