**update: Absolutely nothing has changed. She's still rude and other people have been complaining as well. Mayra needs to be terminated.

Mayra has got to be one of the rudest employees I've ever come across. She paid no attention to the dine-in people, only drive through.

I ordered my chicken sandwich plain, and she said "does that mean with or without cheese?"... My order was NOT plain (when they actually found the time to make it) and when I sent it back she rudely said "you didn't say plain". I told her "yes I did, you even asked me about the cheese."

The staff in the back were rude as well. Oh and while dining in, a customer came in to get an order he made online, and of course, they hadn't even started on it. Even if they were understaffed, there is no reason to be rude. Shame...

Ordered food through the drive through, they had it wrong on the screen so I repeated myself with a little louder voice, and Becka immediately tells me that I don't have to be rude, I said we'll you didn't here me the first time so I just git a little louder with my order cause sometimes it doesn't come through clear. Then I drove to the window and told her that I wasn't trying to be rude just wanted to be clear, she automatically wanted to argue with me, I told her she shouldn't be arguing with the customer, then she said I Don't Care. So this is why I'm posting this complaint, and I will be call the corporate over this issue, I work retail myself and I know how to give customer service it...

I’ve visited this restaurant drive-thru twice, and unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing. On each visit, several items on the displayed menu were unavailable, which was very frustrating. I ended up waiting in line only to be informed that I couldn’t order what I wanted, leaving empty-handed and feeling like my time was wasted. I hope the management improves the inventory or updates the menu display to reflect availability, as it creates a negative experience for customers when items are consistently out...
