Terrible service from an old lady in an apron!!! The poor teenage employee was doing their job, but the old lady was so worried about taking a phone call, chatting with the same customer, who was now being helped by the teenager. Meanwhile our cups just sat, we ordered and waiting about 10 minutes, until I finally asked if we could get someone to make our drinks!! Well the old lady got lippy with me (the paying customer) instead of apologizing, and making the drinks. Will never ever go back!
