My wife went through the drive through and ordered four meals. This location was completely out of rice and made her wait to get super greens instead (same thing happened the day prior as well). They made her wait for 10-15 minutes and then didn't even put her meal in the bag. I called and spoke to a worker and explained the situation. I was super nice about it at first, but she had an IMMEDIATE attitude with me and said, "I already said I'm sorry, stuff like this just happens sometimes." I politely asked if she could get my wife a coupon or something since she had to drive 20 minutes back to pick up her food that they forgot and she said, "I can not do that." I asked instead to speak with her manager then and she said, "I don't need to let you do that." I said I was going to call corporate if she didn't let me talk to her manager and asked her name, to which she replied, "I don't have to give you my name." By this point I was so aggravated with her attitude, indecency, and complete unwillingness to help that I cussed her out and hung up. I called corporate and they assured me the manager would call me back in the next 24 hours and they failed to even do that. Believe it or not, this is the SECOND time something like has happened where they don't give us our food and we never get a call back or get refunded for it, not to mention the countless times our orders have been wrong or you're out of food. I will never support this company again. Panda, you as a company need to do better. You need to hire managers who care about your customers and you need to train your employees. I really truly hope this location shuts down and we get...
Read moreOrdered a pickup order for my girlfriend and got a notification saying it was ready for pickup inside 3 mins later. Pulled up to the restaurant and had to park outside of the parking lot because the drive thru line wrapped around the building. No problem, but when I got to the door to pickup my order inside, as the app instructed, the door was locked. I made eye contact with multiple employees who proceeded to look away. I was standing there hoping to be handed my pickup order. When I finally maintained eye contact with one of the workers, she proceeded to point to the drive thru line and spin her finger, implying I need to go wait in line, while I was holding up the pickup order confirmation on my phone. Keep in mind, I could see my order sitting on the shelf ready to go. Considering I had already paid for the order, I needed to get in the line to pick it up. 15-20 mins later, I got to the window, where the employee who told me to go to the drive thru waited. She handed me the food and, before I could ask for chilli sauce, she closed the window on me. Keep in mind, I sat through all of this, only to get a very small portion of cold food. I ordered a plate and received less than a bowl portion size. It was mostly liquid, which proceeded to leak out into my car’s interior on the way home, because of how it was positioned in the paper bag. Panda is good, but this one isn’t. Definitely an over-promise, under-deliver situation. It turned a good day into a bad day. This would’ve been avoided by not advertising pickup inside...
Read moreThis has to be the best quality Panda I've ever been to! I moved to Central OR from the greater Portland area and the food at this location is always on point (not the case with other locations)!
The drive thru can be difficult because I like to see/know what is ready, how the veggies look before I decide, and their menu/sign doesn't always have the correct info. I've also noticed when I ask about "plain chicken breast" they tell me they don't do that, but what they do have is teriyaki chicken with no sauce (note: it's plain chicken breast lol).
I now go inside, and wait patiently to be helped as they're very Very busy all the time, and as is the nature of fast food, drive thru takes priority. I am much happier doing that as long as I go in with realistic expectations. Inside is always clean, professional, and I even see at times what I assume is the manager or some sort of upper sales team on a laptop busy at a table, jump in to help out when they can.
Employees are always nice, professional, and smile like they don't hate their job. Not typical these days in fast food joints, in my experience,...
