My name is Tami. I had come in last week to window browse and see what the Redmond T-Mobile store had to offer for a tablet. Elizabeth was amazing and showed us all the options and what she felt would work with what I needed it for. She let us know prices, promotions, charges and if we needed anything else she would be happy to assist. My husband and I let her know we would be back to purchase a tablet after discussing our options. We returned this week and to our surprise Elizabeth wasn’t there today. We were skeptical on continuing our options as we were not sure if we would get the same customer service. Boy were we wrong!! We were treated like a queen and king!! Jonathan Orozco and Layla Lyons’s not only took care of us but treated us like family!! They even talked to my teen son and acknowledge him as we talked about his likes and upgrading his phone and earbuds. They helped us decide on a tablet and also helped and showed us the accessories that could be purchased with it. I loved the keyboard and pen. I wasn’t planning on getting those also but they showed us how affordable and convenient it would be to have for my job. Jonathan and Layla calculated numbers and showed us all the fees, payments, discounts before we even asked. We had an amazing time chatting, asking questions and I even found out it was touchscreen. They let us know there was no up front costs, the tablet and keyboard was available in store but would be happy to order and ship pen to our home!! We have never had any other experience as we had with these three individuals!! You are very lucky to have these three work in your Redmond store. They are fanominal, well mannered, friendly, hard working individuals. We will definitely be back to upgrade our phones and thank you so much for having such an amazing store, manager and employees!! Read more5 stars do not feel like enough to express my appreciation for the employees at this TMobile location. I had a very complicated situation and Bri was incredible. Bri went well beyond phenomenal customer service. She was professional, warm, welcoming, patient, remarkable at problem solving, understanding and worked diligently to ensure that our family was able to get everything that we needed. Bri made each member of our family feel comfortable, seen, heard and well taken care of. It is rare to find someone like Bri. Her bold, sticktoitiveness and strength paired with her calming, peaceful demeanor was an unexpected gift in this process. Thank you very much, Bri, for working hard to help our family! Juan, Gio and Leyla, thank you for helping us with the rest of our needs after we ran out the clock with Bri. ;) You are all a brilliant crew and work so well together.
Update/Edit: July 28, 2024 I was amazed at how incredibly fast the Store Manager was able to help me today. We have been pleased with our TMobile experience since we made the switch about two months ago. This location is not as convenient to get to for me, as the other one in town is, but we choose it every time because the employees are a 10 out of 10. Three of the phones on our plan needed some attention and I assumed I would be in the store for at least an hour or two getting everything solved. Instead, I walked in with the issue and walked out with the solutions within 5 minutes!!! Absolutely brilliant!! Read more*My star rating is based on more than the most recent Store visit at the Oak Tree location, although very much relevant & connected. Due to my smartphone being too large with the Otter Box case to fit in my Drone R.C's, I constantly take the case off. Recently , the frame part of the three piece case broke, promting me to check in at the Tmobile store where I found to my amazement that Tmobile listed the Otterbox Defender Pro at $62, shocked I checked If Amazon carried it, expecting a similar price. What I found surprised me, & and it seemed to surprise the employee helping me. The Amazon price is $39.99, over $22 less. Clearly a no-brainer, so I immediately ordered it while in the store. I have also experienced what can only be described as over-charging customers in other Tmobile stores.
