If I could give this place 0 starts I would. I’ve come here a total of 4 times. The first three times I bought the same thing (salad with taquitos in it). Every time I bought it, it looked different? The first time it was just lettuce chicken cheese and ranch. The second time it had avacados and the last time it had corn and some pepper. No consistency.
Today though, I came to try the birria quesadilla. When we got to the window the lady was very rude. We ordered the box that is suppose to come with a drink. When we were done asking for it she said “anything else” and we said yeah (in short) if you don’t ask for the drink we won’t give it to you(even though you’re paying for the drink). She then said anything else again to which we told her what drinks we wanted. When we got to the window we asked for a cup holder she looked at. Us then walked alway. She was very rude. Aside from that she forgot my drink, taco and churro. She also had long acrylic nails with is gross because your not suppose to have those on while you work with food and if you do the least you can do is put on fine gloves seeing as to how unsanitary that was.
On to my food. Awful. There was like a couple pieces of mean, the cheese was not melted and the consume was disgusting. It tasted like the red enchilada sauce from the can. Ww!

Read moreI placed an order back in May 2020 at this location through their drive-thru and when I got home I found out that the extra chicken, tortillas and extra sides I ordered were not in my bag... I called the store a couple times but no one answered. I called the 1-877 number on the receipt and after I explained my issues I was told that someone was going to contact me. I received an email the next day or so stating that the store manager was going to call me in a couple of days. More than a week later I received a call that I was unable to answer right away but I called back immediately to the number with no luck as no one answered. I just wanted my money back for the items I did not receive but seems like no one cared to follow up with me... Today my family wanted to eat pollo loco and this time I placed my order online, my husband picked it up and when he got home we found out that the sides and the tortillas were missing again... Read moreIf it's up to me I will not give one star ...I stop going there because the manager she is so rude and she think she is the only person working on earth. She made me feel like I'm asking her for a free meal ... I use to go there every week because it's close to my work. One time I placed my order inside and she told one of the employees this guy is Sangron in Spanish (heavy blood) just because I don't speak Spanish ...but I know a little bit of Spanish because most of my costumer speak Spanish (nice people). I Just want her to know that people like me make her get her check in the bank every week and if she want to be negative to other people she should stay home instead make other feel the same way she feel miserable all the time.
