This has got to be the worst experience ever at a Burger King I love Burger King they are usually always on point everywhere I go but this one was very far off I ordered two orders of the 10 piece chicken nugget‘s and waited 15 minutes for my order to be complete let me remind you I was on lunch I went in thinking thatIt would be faster but that was a huge mistake I then finally got my order and to my amazement my chicken nuggets where raw! I didn’t make a big deal of it I understand stuff happens so I just returned it and asked for another order the guy working the cash register made sure to tell them to make a fresh order I then waited another 15 minutes maybe a little more for my order which is a bit ridiculous for fricking chicken nuggets you wouldn’t think that their freaking killing the bird back there and making it fresh as long as it took but when I got my second order it would’ve looked like they legit just got done killing a bird I got my order and went back to my car and I couldn’t believe what I saw I don’t know how this goes by the The cooks you could clearly see the white And uncooked batter my order was raw again!!! I couldn’t believe it I went back and asked to speak to the manager I showed her my order and told her I was just in here 15 minutes ago to return our first order because it was raw and now I am back again to return him directly to you to show you that they are raw she then had audacity to tell me that the chicken nuggets are not raw that they are just not cooked and that happens because when they’re frozen they stay stuck together. Okay so let me guess wouldn’t that be considered oh I don’t know raw?!?! I wanted to tell her oh is that what’s wrong with them OK then I’ll just be on my way or I wanted to tell her OK then you have a bite would you eat them? The look on her face when she told me that was as if I was supposed to except them and not asked for a refund or an exchange if I wanted them I never dealt with anything like this in my life or let alone a manager or supervisor or whatever she is that is so unprofessional I feel bad for every customer that was there placing orders to only be given raw food especially peoples kids that probably gotten sick. I wanted to take a picture to show as evidence and as an opinion if my order was raw or not? But before I could do that she grabbed my bag and threw it in the trash where it belonged I wasted my entire lunch just trying to get freaking chicken nuggets that kept coming back to Raw smh When I asked for my money back they asked if I had a receipt in my mind I was saying do I really need a receipt I’ve been here for 45 minutes close to an hour... I didn’t get no apology no nothing she just rolled her eyes at me and had me wait to receive my money back if anyone should clearly be mad it should be me I had every right to blow up and act a fool and make a scene but I didn’t. Yeah I should’ve left yeah I should’ve taken it as a loss but in reality it’s the principle that matters normally I don’t return stuff or make a deal about it but today was just unacceptable I know I wasn’t the only one making returns because I’ve seen a few people come back. Read moreI have definitely eaten my last food item from BK! In previous reviews I have commented on the buns and their lack of freshness. At first I thought it was the Whopper only that struggled with fresh buns. Welp…yelp…looka here…the Royal Chicken Sandwich shares the same struggle. Stale, old, dry, buns!!!! One may say, “you should have taken it back,” well genius, look around, the BKs are miles apart. It’s not that easy with gas costing $20 a gallon. I used coupons and still spent $22 for 3 people. Not sure if there was an actual deal in that. The Whopper Jr Duo for $5 should be $3. Those burgers are about the size of White Castle burgers. Unbelievable! Tiny…tiny…burgers with decent buns lol. Those buns can withstand the grip of an 11 year old young boy. The Royal Chicken….couldn't take the delicate touch of a middle aged gramma! Nope…I cannot get over my shredded bun! Read moreMy son went through the drive thru. His total was 11.30 he handed the employee a 10 and the exact change. He didn't realize he had given him a 10.00 he thought he had given him a 20.00. When the employee told him it was eleven. My son handed him another 20.00 and asked him to give him back the 10.00. The employee took the 20.00 and did not return the 10.00.
The employee gave him change as if my son had given him 15.00 total and not 30.00. When my son told him he tried to deny it and asked him to come inside. My son was smart enough to stay put and hold up the drive thru line to get the employee to handle the situation and not put him off.
My son kept watching this employee that ended up being a manager, he said he was the manager. He made my son wait about 10 minutes to rectify the situation. My son said he was watching him to make sure nothing gross was being done to his food and he said this person kept adjusting his mask and glancing back at my son as if to see if my son was looking at him.
