No greeting. 4 associates 2 customers waiting. I’m 2nd on the list. I’m waiting 20 mins for an equipment exchange. 1 associate who was dancing around making silly faces with his employees eventually tells everyone bye and leaves. How about you not have clocked out or about to be clocked out associated on the sales floor? When I’m called up the lady immediately says they don’t have equipment to exchange seeing as I’m holding a modem. I ask, well why didn’t you tell me this 20 mins? No response… I ask her to find out if a local store had one. I’m told they don’t communicate with other stores. I speak to her manager. Tell him she’s rude and cold and if everyone saw me standing there with a modem for 20 mins knowing you didn’t have any to perhaps tell me so I could leave. Instead, Humberto I believe was his name, was unprofessional and a complete joke of a manager giving me no solutions and shrugging me off with a rude smug look on his face. Told him I’d leave a review and contact his store/district manager and I’ll do just that. I’ve been a store manager for Sprint/AT&T for over 15 years of my life. Trust me when I say this is horrific customer service and I’d recommend deep training or termination. There’s no way I’m allowing my staff to not greet guests as they enter the store. Especially for this exact reason. They couldn’t help me so instead of me waiting in frustration this could have been avoided. I then drove over, with minutes to spare before they closed, to the one off Sierra in Fontana and was greeted immediately informed to sign in and I was assisted immediately after. The associate was friendly despite hearing I was frustrated with the Rialto store. Got my modem swapped out and left. Night and day customer...
Read moreI can't even begin to describe how much James from Spectrum helped me. Specturm really messed up my account. I bought a phone and added an additional line over the phone, paid in full. Recieved the phone and could not activate it. Spectrum phone support was a hot mess! Awful, would give their phone system, -100 stars! I literally was on hold for hours over a 2 week period trying to get my phone activated. Transfered to billing. Then transfered to activation then transfered to service, then back to billing then call dropped, then call back and on hold for 45 minutes, then call drop. I literally cried and asked to cancel my service. The guy from the retention dept. said to just go to the store and get help. So I did. James, poor guy, he did all he could with the limited resources in the store. They don't even have a phone. He used my phone to contact customer service and eneded up staying there at the store for almost 4 hours. Had to leave before James could figure it out. He was so awesome though, the next day he sent me a text letting me know he was working on it. Anywas he got my phone working and I really appreciate his help. As for Spectrum phone support... it sucks, not the people, the system! Spectrum get your...
