I really wish I would've read these reviews before coming here. If I could, I would give this place zero stars. Our server was Brianna. We had someone bring us two tostadas that we didn't order nd I told him to take it back to the kitchen. Brianna came back to our table with the two same wrong tostadas nd said she couldn't have another mistake on her hands so if we just took the two tostadas then they would deduct $1 off each one. I said that was fine nd whatever my son didn't like he would toss to the side. When he went to pay, the tostadas were full price nd we were told that since some of it was eaten then full price was expected. Had we known this we would've insisted on returning the wrong tostadas back to the kitchen but apparently you have to eat what they give you. Maybe if the music wasn't so loud the server could hear the order better nd not bring you whatever she thinks she heard you say. When we were served our coctel de camarones I had to go to the bar area nd ask for the side of crackers with lemon because it wasn't given to us. No refills on water or anything that we were drinking. As I was paying my bill I was getting charged for two tacos that they never gave us. Once I told the server, she went back to the kitchen to ask them. She came back nd said okay I'll take it off the bill. The food was very bland nd not good. I would've probably been better off going to McDonald's. All in all, this place is horrible nd I'm not sure how it's still open for business with lousy servers, bad tasting nd extremely overpriced food. By far the worst place i have ever gone. Waited for a table for an hour and a half and then it was another hour to get our food. They took soo long. They brought our food and didnt give us tostadas they didnt give us limons even after we asked like 3 times. They also didnt bring a tostada we had ordered. And my food had some sort of piece of kitchen sponge🤮🤢. It was bad the food is not good at all. Never coming here ever again! I have ate at a lot of restaurants and never in my life have i had a bad experience like this one! And wasnt the only one that felt this way!

El peor lugar que eh ido! Esperamos mesa por 1hora y media y luego otra hora para que nos llegara la comida. Duraron bien mucho. Y las meseras ni te hacen caso. Had been wanting to come and eat here for a while, finally we did. My wife, my son, and I. This has to be the worst customer service experience ever.... it was around noon the music was way too loud, had to be yelling at each other... not cool. These waitresses need to be trained or something. Since we didn't order any alcohol, she would not come to our table. She forgot my wife's campechana horrible service. The food was good but for the small quantities the prices are a bit high. They are super cheap on the salsa.... what a joke. I have never been to a Marisco place where they're so cheap on quantities and terrible customer service. I did not tip due to the service fee that they automatically added.
