UPDATE: One of the owners spoke to me about this and let me know that communication was already happening. I totally get these things can happen and I really appreciated her response. I am upgrading them to 5 stars and will try that location again the next time I am there.
Let me start off by saying I live in Walla Walla and LOVE our Graze locations there. I had gone by the Kennewick/Richland location at about 5:45 in the evening. I had not eaten all day and knew I would get great food from there. I went in and asked for a sourdough bread substitute on the seasonal panini. The person who was going to take my order told me that her manager did not like them to do that. I said oh interesting they do it for me all the time in Walla Walla. She said her manager doesnāt like it because the sourdough bread sticks to the Panini press. I said OK, I guess I will go somewhere else. I was the only customer at prime dinner time. That may be a true story about the Panini press, but I guess the disappointment here is that itās never been an issue at the Walla Walla locations and I think itās reasonable to expect consistency when itās the same company. Iāve seen several lower reviews in the past few months so I donāt know if itās under new management or what, but I wonāt be back to that one. So, I drove back to Walla Walla and went to Graze -A Drive Thru. I had an excellent Panini on sourdough bread. My next review will be five stars for the Walla Walla...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOkay so the very first time I went to Graze I got a sandwich and it was amazing it really was it was great. Today mother's Day I took my mom there we order to go. The staff was professional polite it was pretty darn busy being mother's Day and all. We got back to my mom's house she pulled her sandwich out the Panini chicken and it was not good The sandwich itself was burnt where there should have just been browned grill marks it was burt looked like they had put the sandwich together on top of a dirty table because there was big chunks of salt stuck in the bread all over it and it was really greasy. You can see the salt in my pic. Mom wouldn't even eat it. I was so disappointed as it's mother's Day and all and I wanted to take her somewhere that she'd never been and I thought you know first time I went there like I said it was great but it was a cold sandwich not something cooked. The sandwich I ordered was a pulled pork torta it was good but not exceptional. I joked with my mom when I ordered it I normally buy these at taco trucks it feels weird not buying it from a taco truck. I would have been better off getting one from the taco truck. I also got a half salad it was way bigger than expected and very good. The store itself was mostly clean it was really good considering how busy they were. We did also have to park quite far away because the parking lot was totally full. Over all sad face I really was hoping to impress mom....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDID NOT DISAPPOINT! First time here: I was so excited to try their panini's.. let's just say, this place is my new crave whenever I go to Richland, I'll be sure to stop here. I ordered the Turkey Bacon Panini, and my brother ordered the Jack Sandwich, he said his had a nice amount of spice, and he liked it allot. Mine was amazing, he tried it and still said his Jack Sandwich tasted betterš .. I disagree, but both Sandwichs were very good and so so fresh! We came here on a Monday, around 11:30, it was not that busy, and there were plenty of places to dine in and sit at. Overall it was very clean inside, and the staff was nice, no complaints there. I didn't order the salad in the photo, that is what my friend had ordered, I didn't ask her what she thought about it, but she said she always gets it here, so of course that means she likes it. The panini was so crunchy on the outside, yet the bacon was so packed with flavor, and the turkey was subtle but definitely brought a fresher taste to the sandwich, and I really like that they salt the bread. I will be back, this place is great,...
