We were shown all the different chains and charms to choose from, how permanent jewelry works and it was so fast and such a fun experience to do with my bestie. I have since had to adjust my chain 3 times due my own comfort of how I was wanting it to feel on my ankle and each time she happily adjusted my chain and was so patient with me and made sure I was happy with my anklet before leaving. There was no extra charge for her time to adjust the chain, her customer service was nothing short of amazing in making sure the customer was happy.
