First and foremost I booked and paid for a suite with a full kitchen 2 queen beds, 1 bedroom apartment, checked in, and was very pleasant and polite staff. Got to the room and found it not to have a kitchen at all. Dropped of suitcases swung by the front desk and to resolve the mix up and once again the man working the desk was extremely polite explains that it was a mix up on the online booking and that there was but only 1 room with a kitchen, and that it wasn’t available. So he refunded me a a couple of dollars. I then proceeded to get dinner with some friends and family that are local and then head back to the hotel.. this is when things went south ….. walked into the room and there was a very pungent aroma of raw sewage…. I proceeded to the bathroom where the bathtub was filthy… realizing that is was just surface dirt and thinking that the smell may be coming for that, I cut the shower on to rinse the “Stinky dirt” and try to rid the air of the small, to no joy. Despite this, he continued working on the computer, eventually handing me the room key. When I asked if the payment had gone through, he finally said yes.
Overall, the experience was frustrating, both with the room and the...
