I am a very clumsy person, I am known for breaking my phone screen every month, and sometimes twice in a month... I have taken my phone all over town, to kiosks, to "certified" repair shops and to any friends, family members and even friends of friends of a friends. I would take my phone to ANYONE who can fix a phone screen for the low: while I got my phone back in seemingly ok condition, I knew after my last break I needed to see a professional. So I after seeing a kind review from an old friend right here on the book, I found myself right here. I messaged Scott directly, right here on the Revival Tech facebook page and he replied within minutes. This man is friendly and real. Long story short, these guys are amazing, knowledgeable, and super helpful when it comes to electronics repair! I highly recommend them.

The long story is that my home-build computer stopped working after about 10 days of (light) use. When I went to turn on the computer everything started up, but my monitor did not register any signal. A quick Google search told me that it was likely anything BUT my monitor and probably a bad graphics card or motherboard. Testing a GPU or motherboard was beyond me, so I called Revival Repair and they said to bring in the GPU and they could test it in a different setup. Then I would know if that was the issue or something else. I removed the GPU and took it and my tower to the shop. After determining that my GPU was likely not the case, he let me bring in the whole tower and tested it with a brand-new GPU. When still nothing worked, he took out the Wi-Fi card that had some suspicious black marks on it and tried booting it. Now we had signal to the monitor! Finally, we put my GPU back in the tower and that booted perfectly as well. Turns out that the Wi-Fi card burned up and caused a short to the whole system. That all took less than an hour and the Rival Repair guy didn’t charge me anything! I can’t imagine how much hassle and expense this would have been if I hadn’t gone to Revival...

I took my Samsung J3 phone that is 4 years old to Revival because the phone stopped charging. I took it to 3 local cell phone shops to see if they could repair it. All claimed the phone was to old and that they could not fix it and that I would need to buy a new phone. As a last resort I called Scott at Revival. I explained to him my situation and how I really liked the phone and wanted to keep it. He assured me he could help and to stop in. I am very glad I did. Turns out the issue was not the charging port as I was told by another shop after a while of trouble shooting he found it was a micro processor on the motherboard that was the problem. Scott removed it, replaced and resodered it and now the phone runs like new. This was done same day and at a cost far less than buying a new phone. Who does that?
