I have been a loyal customer for years. I was disappointed when the Cleveland Ave. store closed and I switched to ordering online. Their tea is very good. The problem is their customer service. My recent order was over $50. The day after receiving the tea, I heard about another tea that I might like. I called to ask if they could send me a small sample packet and gave them my order number. They said, "Oh no! You can only have one sample packet per order and you already got one!" Given the cost of a tiny sample packet of tea and a postage stamp to mail it to me, I was disappointed in their rigid attitude. I appreciate the chance to try a tea before buying it, in case I don't like it. I did place a new order and I both talked to a person at Tea Source and mentioned it in my email from the order confirmation, asking for the tea sample I was interested in. Apparently the company changed owners and then changed their business model. The teas at the stores are now prepackaged and gone are the days of sampling a new tea and sitting in the shop enjoying it.
