Ok, firstly let me recognize a staff member for his above and beyond service. The young gentleman named Pedro on the night shift. He was fantastic during check-in for my stay on 8/31/2023. I never got the nerve or chance to ask where he was from but I was intrigued. The hotel was nice upon first entering. I appreciated all of the aesthetics: bright and clean were the lobby and check-in area. I did not see any of the other parts of the hotel like the laundry room or gym. I loved my room upon entering; a double bed room for one. Loved the glass shower and the ambient lighting effects in the bathroom. Now, the negatives and they are only slight. I noticed the bed had some stuff in it when I pulled back the covers, maybe dirt or lint from the laundry, not sure. I brushed it off and got in bed anyhow. I also noticed stains on the rug as if the hotel needs to maybe take some time to thoroughly shampoo their carpets every once in a blue moon, There was also some hair in the shower and a couple of stains on the bathroom floor. The couch looked like there was some old paint spilled on the cushions from long ago but no biggie. Just some long grayish black streaks. Overall, my stay was pleasant and the hotel was very quiet. Quieter than other hotels I had stayed at before as they have actual quiet hours. Another ding I would say is the breakfast. It was a big selection, so that was a plus and had plenty of condiments and seasonings for taste. Yum! But the selection of bananas was very unappealing. The fact they had dark black spotted bananas on the selection table was alarming to me. I took one and a bowl of eggs, knowing the bananas were still good, it was just disappointing to see that in such a nice hotel. Another minus was the lady who was at the bar the next morning. I had used what little of the Cholula was left in the bottle on the bar but did not see a trash receptacle. I didn't see any staff manning the breakfast area, so I naturally walked my breakfast and the empty bottle over to the bar and literally attempted to talk to the lady about where can I throw the bottle away as I used it all but before I could say anything at all, she cut me off and said, "Oh they have other ones, I am not sure.." I was like "No, it's empty...I..." "Oh, yeah they have other ones you can choose if you don't like..." I had to keep cutting her off because she was assuming and talking over me about the damn hot sauce and thinking I was trying to ask her about it or other selections, I don't know. But, finally I finished what I was saying and even then she was still trying to talk over me as I was talking to her about throwing it away because there was no trash can. I didn't get her name but she was short and dark haired but that...right there pissed me off. If you don't like your job and don't want to deal with customers, then find your passion elsewhere. I did not like the exchange we had at all...IF you can't even call it that. The man the next morning seem too preoccupied to answer if we could take our food to our rooms and was quick to brush me off with a fake smile and getting back to his computer screen. I was upset for awhile afterwards but tried to not let them or the sights I saw take away from my relaxing stay there. I would recommend your establishment but with caution. I would also give the highest praises to Pedro. Your location is great because it is smack dab in the heart of the retail district and not far from the outlets(I live just down the road in a different town so I am well familiar with RR. My town doesn't get my commerce dollars like you all simply because our town is a s*hole). I love that you all have quiet hours and the views from the top of the hotel are gorgeous. I hope this reaches management and I hope that your employees find what what they looking for in happiness...

One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast spread. The variety and quality of the offerings were outstanding, catering to a range of tastes and dietary preferences. Whether I was in the mood for a hearty hot meal or a healthy option, the breakfast buffet had it all. It was a great way to kickstart each day of my trip!
Another perk that made my stay even more enjoyable was the free parking facility. I appreciated the convenience and peace of mind knowing that my vehicle was safely parked on-site without any additional charges. It's often the little things that make a big difference, and this amenity certainly did!

Read moreI stayed 6 nights and overall it was a great experience. The parking is free and plentiful, hotel is very clean and modern, the rooms are spacious and well equipped, the bed was super comfortable, wi-fi is free and fast, free hot breakfast was better than expected, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
There were just a few things that would have made this a 5 star experience. The strangest thing that happened to me was that on one of the nights at about 11pm when I was asleep, someone loudly knocked on my door. It woke me up and I wasn't exactly dressed to answer the door. I assumed it was a guest that got the room number wrong, so I stayed in bed. The person continued to knock several times and then OPENED MY DOOR. I yelled at them, "Excuse me?" It was pitch dark, so I didn't see the person but apparently it was "Security" and he said that my door was ajar (the doors don't close completely on their own and require an extra good shove to get them completely closed and I neglected to do this that night). The man closed my door (but not completely) and then continued to knock on my front door. Are you kidding me? After a few knocks, he closed my door completely and left. This was a very strange occurrence that I hope doesn't happen to anyone else.
A couple minor things that would have been icing on the cake: On one of the days I left a DND sign on my door, yet they still entered to clean my room (I was trying to save them the effort!). And on a different day when I didn't leave a sign, they didn't clean my room. I guess it evens out! On one of the days I stayed, the kitchen staff filled up a water infusing dispenser with delicious fruit and ice water. It was really great to have that available, but it only happened on one of the days I was there. I wish they had this everyday! Secondly, it would have been nice to have hot coffee available throughout the day. On a few of the days the coffee area was left barren from breakfast.
When I'm in town, I'll probably stay here again. Thanks Hyatt...
