Honestly i will never come to this store again I came in looking to find some jewelry for myself since I saw that they had a very big collection of amethyst and different types of purple jewelry in their inventory /side note I’m a bit of a bigger girl but I love bracelets and so does my sister so when I was walking and browsing their collection I saw that they had jade bracelets and I’ve had experience with those bracelets before and I love them and the significance and culture behind them so when I ask the lady in the store how much they are selling for and wanting just more information she took a look at me and completely dismissed me telling me that the bracelets were to small and they won’t fit not letting me look at them or anything just keep repeating no they won’t fit on you without letting me even explain or talk then she completely shuts the door and walks away and that just shows me that my money wasn’t good enough for them and they completely judge me by my size not knowing that i could’ve bought those for my sister or a friend but I was turned way and I’m glad I wouldn’t step a food back into that place and my money is good elsewhere if you are going to work in customer service learn basic customer service skills because that today was completely rude and fat phobic and I felt completely because of someone’s ignorance and judgments which was uncalled for….yes I can admit that bracelets were small for my arm but they would have fit perfectly for someone else or my sister if they would’ve allowed me to communicate that my experience would have been very different .

I went in to get a necklace for my wife. While I was there they I saw that they had a great selection of diamonds. So I decided to have them make a new wedding band for her they said it wouldn't be ready until after Christmas and the new year 2014. However, Q&T worked overtime without me asking to get it done and was ready Christmas eve which was a great surprise. Great customer service. Always very helpful, patient. My wife figured I was getting her some jewelry for Christmas, but she almost hit the floor when she saw her new ring. It's a big eye catcher even in the dark. She absolutely loves it. As well as the necklace too. We took her old ring in to get clean and they noticed couple of the diamonds where lose. Q&T tighten them at no charge. However she bought that ring there too. To top it all off it was a great price for a nearly perfect colorless brilliant cut diamond set in a platinum band. Which you can imagine was pretty pricey. And as the market price dropped on the metal for both ring and necklace they gave me price new price that it dropped to. Overall its a nice locally owned shop Round Rock to get beautiful jewelry at a great price with...

This is one of those hidden gem spots literally you won't know about it unless you know. I have been going here for years it reminds of the jewelry stores in NYC with the metal gates and have to be "buzzed in" to come in the store which I definitely respect for safety purposes even this isn't NYC but still. Now to the compliments the owner and his wife are very nice and always have been and the few employees which are always women are nice as well and really helpful. I have gotten my chain repaired there a couple of times which I have owned since 1999 (a classic piece) was a clasp for the locking portion of the chain and fixed my medialian that needed attention and Peter the owner did a great job getting back to originality! Also I have gotten several batteries replaced over the years on different watches. My most repair was getting an Invitica watch the mechanics totally replaced which I had had for about 11yrs and now its like brand new and working great! O would recommend this place for all of you jewelry needs...
