I think the pizza tastes great. I was alright with spending ~28 dollars (with a small tip+tax) for a 14"-4 topping pizza every now and again. They upped the price of the same pizza to 31 dollars before tip and tax. That is INSANE to me. Each topping now costs more but it's because they claim everything is more expensive now, and not because they are adding more of that topping to the pizza. I understand price increases, but I already thought they were reaching for that ~28 dollar price. Look at the included picture and judge for yourself if you think that's $3 worth of pepperoni, $3 worth of ricotta, $3 worth of italian sausage, or $3 worth of black olives. I don't think it is. Especially the black olives. The blanket $3 per topping is pretty telling to me that they just want every cent they can get from you. There is no way they should charge the same $3 for black olives and Italian sausage. I brought up this price increase to a worker while overpaying for the pizza and she acknowledged that it was expensive and only offered that it was because ingredients cost more. I commented that at these prices, I won't be coming back. At the end of the transaction she just turned away and left without a word. I didn't raise my voice and maybe spoke for 20 seconds about the topic while paying. The way she just left without a word as soon as she gave me the receipt felt pretty disrespectful. I would've given them 3 stars with the above comments because it's ultimately up to you whether or not you think a ~31 dollar (before tax/tip) pizza is worth it. Unfortunately, they have messed up my order a few times. I always ask for ricotta but on more than one occasion they have given me mozzarella instead. It's pretty upsetting when a pizza place can't tell the difference between cheeses, and that was before the price increase. I won't be ordering from them again with these prices.

Wanting a slice for lunch we popped on into OBPC to fill that need. As you walk in you are meet with a little space with a big atmosphere. Surrounded by decor fit for Italian pizza shop. You're greeted with a small table and an L bracket of standing space and chairs. There are no restrooms and the drinks are In cans in bottles. Now you're met with a couple options here at lunch. Their staple is a slice. A drink the two toppings for $9. I opted to get the slice, the salad and the drink for 13 as that salad choices are Greek house or Caesar. Be quite a few choices of toppings. I decided to go pepperoni and black olives. My wife went with ham and pineapple. She got the Greek salad. I got the Caesar salad. Which the salads did come out first. My Caesar came out cold and the greek had lots of toppings. Halfway through our salads we received our slices of pie and oh let me tell you it's as big as it looks. You are definitely getting two slices of pie stick together to make the one big huge slice which they offer. I definitely think this was my slice size to perfection. My wife couldn't finish her crust. That being said she wouldn't have changed it any other way. She'd try every time. If you're looking for a slice at lunch time, this is a really great deal. They offer larger pizzas in the 14in and 18-in sizes. A 18-in cheese I believe is $21. Specialty pizzas range from $30 to $40 and you can feed six eight people with the 18-in.

Stopped here to place a To Go order. Wanted one of the giant cheese slices that are all over their advertising and menu. It was 6:30pm. Young lady says, "oh. We stop making those at 6. Sorry." I let her know that I was alone, it was on all of their menus, and a whole pizza would go to waste if I ordered it. Her response? "yeah. Sorry. Have a good night." I rarely give a bad review. But a couple of things: don't advertise that you're "famous" for something that has a time limit, without indicating that time limit. I had gone to their website before deciding to stop there. The attached photo is from their website. So, I left. I wonder if they couldn't have suggested an alternative option? It was disappointing. The one star review isn't for the bad advertising as much as it's for the junky way their staff acted. So. If you want to try their famous dish - show up before 6. And bring your really thick skin.

Wow. Worst Pizza Ever Had. Ever!! I wish i listened to the guy who wrote the last review before mine.

I wanted to try something different (not Dominos, not Papa Johns), so I tried Brooklyn Pie because it was close to my house.

Huge Mistake!!

Ordered Hell's Kitchen and Hawaii Style Pizza with chicken wings (hot and bbq) for me and my friends for Friday night movies....

It was horrible. Soggy. Stale and tasted like old food. Like it was frozen pizza that got heated. No one could eat expect one of my friends (who eats anything :) )

I paid over 50 bucks thinking I was getting quality, but I knew I was in trouble when I entered the store and it was dirty and unkept.

Anyway, I usually don't write reviews, but this pizza was really bad. I had to share.

I read the reviews before going there and it seemed okay except the more recent person who said it was bad. So my guess is that the standards have tanked since last year.

Brooklyn Pie Mgmt please fix this. I'm a very unhappy customer. I would come to store and get my money back, but it is 10 PM now and my friend who eats anything is almost done eating all of it...:)

Plus. I paid for dessert and just realized you didn't have it in my package. You Freaking Worst Experience. Bad Food and...
